It may seem ridiculous but I have had the phrase “lock in” on a blacklist for months now because it annoys the shit out of me to see ppl over and over again promote over-extering and pushing limits without end. I don’t care about “the grind”. I wish ppl cared about taking care of themselves because living tht way long term will do way more harm than good

I do genuinely hate the phrase “do it scared”. There’s no room or way to recompose in a life where the only present feeling is fear. I know its supposed to mean something along the lines of “do it despite the fear” but Im tired of it. a person gets nothing but exhaustion out of only doing things scared.
