The Emberfury Offensive is an adventure/military themed RP guild on Wyrmrest Accord. Our structure makes up varied races of the Horde and other allies who stand together with a common goal to strengthen our forces and protect our own. We travel far and wide to answer whatever call that beckons us, and will stop at nothing to defeat those who dare stand in our way!
Currently, we find ourselves scattered in various areas of the Broken Isles; doing everything we can to put a stop to those who want nothing more than to destroy our world. As we focus our efforts on combating the Legion’s forces, we also find ourselves at odds with the Alliance. If you have what it takes to rise up and make a stand, we need you!

The Emberfury Offensive is a medium-RP/PvE guild that is back from hiatus! We were inactive during WoD, but we have an extensive history on WrA and we are proud to call it home.
While we do many things outside of the realm of RP. Questing. PvP. Exploring PvE content - our main purpose will always be for the story of the guild and its characters. We have a bit of a casual vibe at times, but we do expect our members to possess some knowledge of accurate Warcraft lore and be familiar with the mechanics of role-play, as well as general game mechanics. While we are not opposed to brand new players with an interest in RP and what the game has to offer, they must come in with an interest in learning the ropes and bring in a good attitude.

Well thought out/fun RP-events. We incorporate a DnD/Turn-based roll system for some of our missions.
Guild webpage for all of your IC and OOC needs out-of-game. Not required to sign up, but heavily encouraged.
Open bank for crafting needs/repair for our members.
Discord server for voice/text needs within and outside of the game.
Friendly attitude and a sense of humor is a must.
Mostly lore-abiding and have some knowledge of the mechanics or RP and game-play within game.
Zero Tolerance. We have a policy of zero-tolerance when it comes to affecting the game for other people. Being malicious or flat-out mean is absolutely unacceptable behavior for the members of the guild. World of Warcraft is a game that is meant to be played and enjoyed by a large variety of people, and we have a zero-tolerance policy for those who go against allowing another player to enjoy the game.
Harassment. Harassing other players within and outside of the guild structure is grounds for immediate removal. Having undeniable proof of any of these offenses are extremely helpful to the leadership structure (i.e. screenshots and the like). Joining in the harassment of another player via social media, such as Tumblr, counts as an offense and will not be tolerated. Remember the policy of zero tolerance!
In-Character Interactions vs. Out-of-Character Interactions. Do not let IC drama turn into OOC drama. Period. All members are expected to possess a high-level of maturity in dealing with any situation that may arise and are to deal with these in a private manner with the other player. This means that arguing in guild chat is not acceptable by any means. If you have to get an officer involved, whisper one in private.
God Modding, Metagaming. Players who frequently display the acts of god modding or metagaming may be subject to disciplinary actions. These kind of acts in roleplay are frowned upon and are not permitted within the guild.
Ages 18 and Over Requirement and Guild Chat. We do not filter guild chat. A variety of jokes take place and it is important our members are not only 18 years or older, but have a thick skin. Off-color jokes are generally frowned upon and are not permitted within the guild chat. With this said, we want all of our members to be comfortable, so if you do have a complaint about something being said you can always come to an officer to address it.
While we do not have an application process we are using at this time, those interested in joining us should message the GM and/or officers. We will conduct a quick OOC interview with you that way you can see if you are compatible with us and vica versa.
New members will sit at our <Unproven> rank for at least three weeks to a month before being promoted into full membership. This gives you time to get to know us and us you. And yes, alts are welcome to join us.
Our guild page is encouraged, as well as our tumblr, but not required. These are here as valuable tools to use to keep up to date with RP, and other activities going on within the guild. They are also good tools to use to get to know your fellow member when in-game may be more difficult for you to spread your wings.
