I was wondering since the little girl that daemon kidnapped, since she was basically raised stealing and stuff, I was wondering if she'll developed a condition called: (Kleptomania (klep-toe-MAY-nee-uh) is a mental health disorder that involves repeatedly being unable to resist urges to steal items that you generally don't really need.) I just thinks this suits her fir some reason?
Yes Iāve actually already talked about her kleptomania in a different ask but letās expand some more!
It starts out kind of cute; her getting her hands on trinkets and jewelry, but as she ages it becomes a legitimate problem (esp bc daemon never really discouraged it.)
This DOES get her in trouble eventually when she tries to steal Viserysā crown, which ends up kind of revealing a plot point about her biological father.
But luckily by age 14, she gets smart about it and outwardly acts right.
I have a little question tho... Is the little girl reader a gremlin? Like daemon?

STRONG GREMLIN ENERGY AT FIRST, but I like to think she grows out of it (really only for manipulation sake. Itās easier to get what you want if people are charmed by you). Daemon definitely influences her a lot, esp because heās not the type to sensor his opinions around her. They become kind of a chaotic duo lol
What if Daemon shows up at Aegon II's second birthday party with the little girl he just stole? as if he came saying "stop looking at that hightower brat and look at my baby" and then leaves as if nothing had happened (rhaenyra didn't have time to spare her new cousin)
REAL. Daemon is very much all for stealing the show with his new daughter, going as far as to run his mouth about how sheās a more worthy heir than Aegon, even despite her lack of biological relation. He only really says this to get people to shut up about trying to put Aegon on the throne when itās rightfully Rhaenyraās, but once he says it, he realizes that his daughter SHOULD sit the throne. Heād rather die than see his daughter marry Aegon though, trust.
Iād like to think Rhaenyra is extra fond of the little girl due the feeling of constant competition between her and male family members. Itās good to have a little girl around who admires her.
I like the idea of Daemons (kidnapped) daughter growing up as his only child, but it feels kind of awkward if itās during the Rhea era when he takes her bc that makes her so much older than the other kids. At the same time, I love Baela and Rhaena D:
I HAVE THE SAME DILEMMA!! I want her to be at least Aegons age, but the timeline doesnāt support that if he takes her during his marriage with Rhea. ALSO it feels odd writing him just taking reader home when he has two daughters and a wife idkā¦
Unfortunately I love Baela and Rhaena so I donāt want to remove them from the story. (These 2 EAT in the books u guys, trust. We havenāt seen much of them in the show yet.)
Part 2 of a loyal dog was so good! When do you think youāll post part 3?
Iām actually going to do a prequel before releasing a part 3 :) ! I donāt really have any set ideas for part 3 bc i scrapped my original plot due to it not aligning with part 2. Again, my loyal dog series isnāt an official story, itās not going to have an epilogue. It was originally intended to just be its own universe with random parts, but I wrote a bit too much plot in part 2 š I will explore the loyal dog universe more, but donāt expect a lot of plot i guess
The prequel will be almost entirely criston/rhaenyra beef lol with a few sprinkles of criston stalking the reader
The little girl that Daemon steals (and leaves orphaned) would have to have at least something special or related to the Targaryen house, right? This man has an immense obsession and pride in his Valyrian blood, if he steals a child she would have to have something in common

so babyās (bio) father is a thief in Kingās Landing, and i like to think sheās roughly 7 years old, so sheās old enough to grasp the idea of thievery and what exactly her father does for a living. this leads to her being used in ploys sometimes and also picking up the habit herself.
One night, baby manages to pick pocket Daemon. Heās not slow; heād noticed her the whole night but the fact that she was able to successfully steal a pouch of coins from him was impressive. This kind of kick starts his obsession, but it gets worse as he watches Babyās life with her father; they arenāt rich by any means but her father never lets her go hungry. Daemon gets increasingly angry when he sees the lack of āproperā care.
Daemon comes to the father as a client, stroking the manās ego and offering a ton of money to steal something from the Red Keep. It was a dirty trick and Daemon pretty much immediately kills him once heās in the castle, under the guise of āprotecting his familyā yeah right. But oh? The man left a little daughter? Donāt worry :) good ole Daemon will take her in and care for her as if sheās his own.
I have a lot more details planned but this is the premise!
