WHAT UP people who actually read my personal posts! This past weekend I got to debut my regal armour Thorin cosplay (from the third Hobbit movie) at Emerald City Comic Con in Seattle, and I couldn’t be happier with the results!! This has been my most ambitious project by far. I first started sketching it out last summer, then did chainmail over Oct/Nov/Dec, (then slacked off a lil bit), and did most of the armour over Feb/Mar. So it’s been a long road, but so rewarding to finally have it all done :) Phew!

Darth Maul cosplay Emerald city comic con 2016. Thank you to @aicosu. I always find such great advice on their tumblr. Sheila gave me the advice to use hairspray to set the face paint. It work so well! My make up stayed on all day and I didn't even have to do touch ups! You are a life saver!
