Law of Assumption overpowers everything. It is THE law. And this is how simple it is: Your thoughts and words that you repeat and focus on, manifest. You can manifest by repeating specific desires ex: “I am in a healthy, loyal, loving relationship.” You can also manifest positivity into your life by only speaking about and focusing on positive things, and then opportunities you desire will naturally come to you. If you continue you to complain and focus on negativity, your life will not change.
Anxiety and intrusive thoughts don’t manifest. But the truth is, if you repeat them enough times over and over, they will. You are in full control of your reality. It’s this simple: The things you repeatedly focus on and speak about, manifest. Affirm your desired outcome, don’t let your insecurities and anxiety win because if you repeat it enough times, the truth is, it will manifest negative circumstances because THAT’S HOW IT WORKS, and that’s how simple it is.
When you understand this, it clicks. Sammy always says this. It’s so simple that we overcomplicate. The things you THINK and SAY repeatedly, manifest. It’s THAT simple.

Not long at all from my experience. It happens so fast when you just repeat the affirmation over and over in your mind and IMMEDIATELY flip any opposing thoughts.
If something undesired happens or you accidentally wavered for a bit, just keep going. Nobody will even remember it happening, it will be revised. From my experience, even if you vaguely remember something undesired happening, the people around you will not remember once the results come in and your dominant (desired) thoughts manifest. They will have no recollection of the old reality.

I'm new to this whole thing and I saw your blog and I was fascinated!
I'm a very curious person, so I mustered up the courage to ask. (I didn't know it was possible to do it anonymously, so it's a relief for me.)
This year I'm starting my degree
A few months ago I enrolled in a course for my university degree, to gain prior knowledge.
However, I felt a little uncomfortable with the people I was with; half the group spoke badly of women, saying that they wouldn't be good in that profession, they had strange ideologies, and several other things displeased me about the group I was in, so I left that course.
Now that I'm starting university, I don't want to run into people like that. Is there anything I can do to change that? Can I choose what kind of people I study with?
And another question: my degree program is said to be very difficult. Can I assume it isn't, and that it's the easiest? Many people say "it's one of the most difficult," but what if I don't want it to be?
I want my university life to be as easy as possible. 😭

This is a very common concern that I think we all struggle with in different situations because people are always gonna be opinionated and have things to say, but we cannot let that get to us and of course law of assumption is the law so you can absolutely assume it’s the easiest you can absolutely assume that everyone that you work with and run into at university are positive and uplifting just simply say those affirmations in your mind repeat them over and over when it pops up just keep repeating those affirmations and I would also repeat blanket affirmations like I always get what I want and you should be good and your reality will change to reflect that. 🩷🫶🏻

So today, after my last period (and my SP's cuz we are in the same class) I got my bag ready so I could leave and as I was walking in the hall, my SP literally came to me and confessed to me how much he liked me and how sorry he felt for how he treated me last year (last year I confessed to him and he rejected me because one of his friends told him to😒). AND THEN HE HUGGED ME OMFGJSJSIWBXUFURVD. It was a bit funny because there were 3 friends of his behind us, and they cheered him on.

Your reality will accommodate you if you program your subconscious mind with the desired outcome. Like, for example, every time my manifestations have come, it truly felt like I shifted to another reality where it just felt entirely natural, when before, the idea of receiving this thing, I was overthinking it or felt desperate for it. But when I just started programming my mind with affirmations, then when the manifestation actually came in, it felt completely natural, and it was so easy to receive it because it just felt natural, and it was easy and effortless to receive the manifestation. So if you’re an overthinker, if you feel desperate sometimes, if you watch the 3D every five seconds, it does not matter, because when it gets to the point that you program your mind with the affirmation, your reality will accommodate you.
Every affirmation is literally revising your reality as well. Just keep repeating them.
Just stick to the affs. Just keep the mental diet. Stop getting caught up in 3D dopamine or drama. Just do the mental diet and affs if you want the results.
Hi Venus! I’ve read a lot of your blog posts, as well as your success stories, and I absolutely love them! You’re so inspiring, and I’m glad I found you at the time that I did. I’m sending an ask because I’d like some advice.
I first discovered LOA March of last year through Sammy Ingram, Hyler, and Taylor Tookes. It was super exciting for me because there were certain goals and career milestones I wanted to manifest and life stuff I wanted to revise. I did all the 10k affirmation challenges and positive mental diet stuff but in the big 2026, I haven’t really manifested any of them. I tried doing shadow work, self concept, Subliminals, and establishing my manifestation rules to get rid of any potential blockages and create a more solid foundation, but I still didn’t get many results.
A lot of these “failures” led to me giving up, thinking that maybe certain things aren’t meant for me or LOA doesn’t work all that much. But after seeing your blog and reading your Pinterest board of success stories, I’ve decided I won’t accept this. I won’t be stuck in this rut. I don’t want to keep treating myself like a victim when I can easily shift to my dream life and become the next success story. I realized I needed to take more accountability. It may not be the techniques or the constant efforting. It may be the lack of trust or surrender on my end or taking too much comfort in the old story.
I decided I want to lock in for the month of April. I’m gonna choose one major thing I’d like to manifest to prove my power while also stepping back into SC. I’d really appreciate your advice as to how I can start off my LOA journey on a better and more successful foot — what I should do differently this time so my manifestations and revisions are more effortless.

The ONLY thing you need is your mental diet. That’s it. Locking in and feeling determined HELPS you feel motivated to repeat your affirmations and discipline your mind. But the ONLY thing you need is your mental diet. Choose your desire, choose your affirmations, repeat them, don’t think opposing thoughts, and it will just happen so naturally and effortlessly. ✨
I also recommend self concept affirmations like “I’m a master manifester, I manifest instantly, things always work out in my favor.” You can do it!! 💕
The HOW does not matter. The PAST does not matter. All that matters is your MENTAL DIET. Go to the END. Just repeat your affirmations. The how (from my experience) will feel SO natural that you forget it was even your manifestation at first or you’ll think in the back of your head “oh yea this is my manifestation” for a split second but you will be so caught up in the moment that you wont really have time to be thinking that. You just saturated your mind enough that boom it just happens out of nowhere and it feels EASY and EFFORTLESS to receive it. It feels entirely easy and effortless when it happens, so no need to stress. Because like I said it feels so natural you forget it was your manifestation. It really is magical. ✨
since everyone is you pushed out, i’m curious how people act when their sp apologizes for their bad behavior in the past? are people more forgiving since they know about the concept of eypo or do they still hold grudges? I’m in this situation so id love to hear ur/ anyone’s response. I personally feel like I’ve already forgiven them and there’s nothing to be mad about since i know it was my thoughts that created their past behavior 90% of the time but the other 10% makes me want to still be kind of mad and make them experience exactly how i felt
From my experience, when it comes to manifestation, when the manifestations come in, it feels so natural and you almost like forget the old reality. This is at least how it works for me personally, like every time my manifestations have come in, it has felt so natural that I forgot that he was even a manifestation in the moment. It was just so easy to receive it, so you do not have to stress about how you will receive it or what will happen at all, every time it happens so completely naturally that it’s like you shifted into a new reality basically.
For some time now, I've been affirming, "I'm already and always getting paid 1 million euros for existing." After a while, the "they pay" part started bothering me. Who? Family? They don't have money! Then I watched Sammy's movie "Magic Affirmation" or something like that, and Sammy talked about myself affirmations. Although it probably started working because my family was talking a bit about me and work, I changed it to "I'm already and always getting paid 1 million euros every day for existing." I kept the "for existing" part because I liked it, and I think it also says "wirhout job." I changed the beginning because I somehow like "I have" more than "they pay." I found that first affirmation online a while ago.
What what You think about this?.
I totally understand this. The exact wording does not matter. You can change the wording as long as it implies the same thing, as Sammy says. Imo just don’t overthink the wording, keep affirming, and I promise it will happen.
