Vampire AU tpdog is actually a good idea ! Because you know that Dorian would absolutely not mind becoming a soulless creature that relies on human blood if it means keeping his beauty, youth and wealth.

Especially if Lord Henry feeds him enough BS and condones his acts like in the original novel (even if he doesn't know about them).

(I'm assuming it's a traditional depiction of vampires as evil and tormented creature who to against Christian holiness since Bram Stoker's Dracula came out in the same era. And the themes go well together.

I may be wrong since you could have planned something else but it's just my idea about the initial concept.

I'm defo going to check your stuff out 😁

YAYY tysm reading this made my day! I’m actually currently writing a fanfic about it so if you’re interested in checking that out as well I’ve linked it here. It’s a series of one-shots that tie into the bigger picture (I have yet to write anything explicitly vampire-esque, but the idea is that when it happens, the first person Dorian is going to go to is Alan Campbell, who’s going to look at him from a more medical perspective and then slowly realize that what’s at play here is something much, much worse.)

But yes! Definitely tied to Dracula as well, who Henry has much more knowledge about. If you end up liking it, please let me know!

👀👀👀. You seem to have put quite some thoughts into it. And I like that ! Also, seeing Alan's perspective being a more down-to-earth medical one is a really great insight in his character.

I'll check it out once I'm done with my current reads :3
