To say Veronica was nervous about being back at school was an understatement, having spent the past six months at home in Greece with her mother had made her somewhat despondent about being back, but she was determined to try and make the best of the situation this time around, especially with the merging of the two schools, every change was an opportunity for something new, at least that’s what her step-mother always told her. Glancing up when she heard the approaching footsteps, offering them a small, friendly smile. “So I had no idea Luxor was actually so big?” She laughed softly, she’d been wandering around for the past half hour attempting to find her new dorm room. “Any chance you could spare some time and help me find my dorm room?”
Is that VERONICA HENDERSON? Wow, they do look a lot like NATALIA DYER. I hear SHE is a SEVENTEEN year old JUNIOR who originally attended CARNIFEX Academy. Word is they are a ARISTOCRAT student. You should watch out because they can be DUPABLE and DOGMATIC, but on the bright side they can also be INTELLIGENT and CHARMING. Ultimately, you’ll get to see it all for yourself.

The story of a girl:
Veronica was born to a wealthy English CEO and the heiress to an oil fortune in Greece. Though her parents had a whirlwind romance when they were younger and attending Carnifex together, after Veronica was born, they realized they weren’t matched to one another and divorced before Veronica could even take her first steps.
Spending the first two years living in Greece with her mother before her father was granted custody, Veronica was introduced to the woman who would later become her step-mother, a woman who immediately treated Veronica like she was her own child. It was only a few years before her first half-brother was born and their small family was solidified.
Veronica spent the next years dividing her time between living with her father and spending the summers with her mother in Greece. Despite being extremely close to her father, the relationship with her mother has always been somewhat strained with her mother always expecting more of Veronica.
Since both her parents attended Carnifex, it was only natural that Veronica’s name had been down to attend since she was born. Shipped off to the prestigious school during her Freshmen year, it was a culture shock for the otherwise quiet Veronica.
Spending most her Freshmen year adjusting to the new environment, Veronica found herself struggling to make friends and keep up her grades, often ringing up her father and begging him to let her come home but both families insisting Veronica needed to grow up and become independent.
It was during her Sophomore year that Veronica finally blossomed, getting involved with someone who was involved with the party scene where they introduced Veronica to that crowd, finally Veronica had friends and didn’t feel so alone anymore.
It didn’t take long for Veronica to fall down that rabbit hole, her grades began slipping and her attendance dropped, something her parents noticed. It was halfway through the schooling year when her parents pulled her out of Carnifex for a sabbatical and she was sent to live with her mother in Greece for the time.
While living with her mother, Veronica was sent to a private school in Athens where she blossomed further, coming even further out of her shell- learning to balance her social life with her studies, something her parents noticed.
Once her grades picked back up and she seemed to be back on the path her parents had laid out for her, it was decided that Veronica would be sent back to boarding school, especially now that Carnifex had merged with Luxor, her parents seeing this as a fantastic opportunity.
Facts of Life:
Has an obsession with 80 movies. Her two favorites being The Breakfast Club and Pretty in Pink, though she will always argue that Andy should have chosen Ducky.
Is determined to make her last few years at Luxor the best she possibly can.
Plans to attend Oxford and study a dual degree of Journalism and History, wanting to work towards a PhD.
Still enjoys partying but also realizes how important her studies are in order to succeed.
Is still extremely close to her younger brother, Skyping with them at least once a week.
Wants to appear more exciting to her fellow students, not wanting to appear like the shy, mousy girl she was in her Freshmen year.
Has become a lot more casual towards relationships, though still tends to get nervous around someone she likes.
Doesn’t play into the whole Carnifex/Luxor rivalry, just wanting everyone to get along with each other.
Everything has a particular spot, everything is meticulous placed yet there is nothing that gives away too much about Veronica- nothing personal or precious to her except the single photo of her youngest brother when he was first born. Her dorm room looking more like an expensive show room than something lived in.
“How lucky I am to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard.”
Edward Henderson (45)
Though Veronica will never admit it, Veronica has always been a total daddies girl. Edward Henderson has always been the one that Veronica turns to when she needs someone and he has never let her down. Always encouraging her to do the right thing and make the right choices, no matter how hard they may seem. Edward adores all his children but will always have a spot for his only daughter.
Penelope Dukas-Billas (40)
Unlike her father, Veronica has somewhat of a strained relationship with her mother. Though Penelope clearly loves her daughter very much and Veronica loves her back, the expectations that she has placed on her only child tend to cause something of a strain between the two. Penelope always insisting that Veronica exceed in everything she does, bringing pride to her family name. Though as the years have passed, Penelope has tried to strengthen the relationship between the two but Veronica has always sought solace and confidante in her father.
Alice Henderson (40)
Though Alice was hesitant at first, becoming the step mother to a young child, it didn’t take long for Veronica and her to create a strong bond. If there was an ideal step-mother for a child to have, it is Alice Henderson, she has always treated and welcomed Veronica like one of her own children, never treating her any different. Veronica loves and adores her step-mother greatly, even confiding in Alice before her own mother. Veronica has always welcomed Alice too, approving of her father’s choice in someone to complete their family.
Andrew Henderson (12)
Veronica’s eldest half-brother. Where Veronica has always been studious and quiet, Andrew has always been outgoing and sporty, playing in as many team sports as he can manage and when he isn’t running around, scrapping his knees, he is glued to his video games. Veronica still adores him though, especially with how much they look alike and their similar mannerisms, there is no doubt that Andrew and Veronica are related. There is one thing that Veronica passed on to him, it was his love of reading, though he will always scoff and say books are for nerds, he is often up past his bed time reading.
Richie Henderson (7)
There is no doubt that Richie Anderson is Veronica’s heart. From the moment she held her baby brother, it was love at first sight and nothing has changed in the past seven years. Whenever Veronica is home, Richie is often called her shadow, wherever the eldest Henderson child is than the youngest will be following. The most similar in personality too, Richie is much like his older sister, they often spend evening’s out in the backyard, staring up at the stars together or curled up on the couch reading a book. Richie is the one that Veronica misses the most whenever she is away from home and there is no doubt that Richie misses her too.
Miles Cassar (27)
When her mother announced her engagement last year to the heir of another oil magnate and someone who was nearly 15 years younger than her, Veronica was shocked and slightly appalled at her mother’s actions, something that drove a bit of a wedge between the two. Despite Miles trying to get to know Veronica, she has kept her distance from him. Barely speaking to him whenever she visits her mother in Greece and trying her best to avoid getting to know him.
