პირველი. ჩვენ, ქართველები, რომ კერძო სახლებს “გალავნებს” არ ვუშენებდეთ ამით არაფერი ცუდი არ მოხდებოდა და დიდ თანხებს დავზოგავდოთ. უკეთეს პირობებში ვიცხოვრებდით და ინვესტიცია ბლოკის ნაცვლად სხვა საჭირო რამეში წავიდოდა.

მეორე. კორპუსებს რომ ინდივიდუალურად არ ვათბობდეთ და საერთო გათბობა გვქონდეს სამჯერ ნაკლები დაგვიჯდებოდა სახლების გათბობა - (ეს მეორე აზრის სხვისგანაა აღებული თუმცა რა მნიშვნელობა აქვს)

Intrinsic motivation is a gold mine within us. For a number of practical reasons we often deviate from the activities that are appealing to us. As if it wasn’t enough, they say, if we stress what we love to do with expectations, goals and applications or simply put, over justify it we will end up mitigating our inspiration (not intended).

On the other hand, relaxing external reinforcements (practical outcomes or even just outcomes) strengthens intrinsic aspirations. Leaving a room for growth. Allocating time for joy of discovery, knowledge, progress, achievement, etc.

Intrinsic motivation is a child while external reinforcement is their parent.

Furthermore, what if we completely give up on expectations for a certain activity? Would it breed a genuine excitement and acumen or would it kill the original initiative?

In conclusion, I think that while intrinsic motivation is obviously a great thing it is best hosted next to the external reinforcements when in balance.

საზამთრო მრგვალია. უფრო დიდი ვიდრე ნესვი. უფრო „ცოცხალი“ გემო აქვს. თუ ამოიღე თესლი.

ცივი საზამთრო საერთოდ უგემრიელესი რამაა სამყაროში. ნესვი თავისთვისაა. მას არ აქვს პირველობის განცდა. როცა ჭამენ ხმასაც არ გამოსცემს. უწყინარია. თესლიც მხოლოდ შუაში აქვს. მოაშორებ ერთხელ და შეგიძლია დაუკვირვებლად ჭამო. საზამთრო მწვანეა. ნესვი ყვითელი. როცა გადაწყვეტ რომ საზამთრო უპირობო გამარჯვებულია, სწორედ მაშინ მოგატრიალებს ნესვი უკან და თავს შეგაყვარებს
