This is so bad

Last Summer I came to the decision that any form of video media was destroying my brain and contained subliminal messaging. I Saw people I knew become absorbed in short form content and it scared me The Messages that were being pushed. So I Never downloaded the instagram app or Anything And stopped watching TV or movies except for a Few things. I didnt watch anything from September to December, then I watched a few episodes of Hetalia and then I watched footage of the holocaust and an Albert Speer interview. It has nearly been a year since I stopped watching thinfs and Its helped me so much but has also isolated me from so many people and common social trends that pop up on Instagram or TikTok or TV shows or movies I cant watch. I have a list of just Youtube videos people have sent me that I need to watch when the time comes. I Think Im already evil and just fucked all around so how do I know the propaganda hasn't already gotten me. I stopped watching things because I was witnessing the death of free will and people falling down pipelines created by the CIA to infect the alt right and to make leftists dumber. Media makes us fight each other. it might be hopeless. Its not like anything recent thats come out has been anything good though Its really all just trash with nothing behind it. My favorite movies are fight club and Harold and Kumar go to White Castle by thr way
