i'm 19 😼 and i'm a shifter!! but i haven't shifted yet... my fav method is lucid dreaming <3 i've known about shifting for a long time, but i really started taking it seriously this year!

i havent had a lucid dream in foreverrrr but i finally had one!!

and it was kinda short, like i remember just casually realizing i was in a dream and then i was like running into the woods and affirming i was my dr self. and i always just affirm and nothing happens so im trying to like make a better plan of what to do and stick to it 😭

but im happy because i havent really been focused on lucid dreaming for a while,(my sleep schedule has been so off) but for the past 2 days i really wanted to have a lucid dream so i was doing the ssild method before i went to sleep and wbtb and would do ssild again before i sleep again. and like it just makes me happy that it only took 2 tries for me to lucid dream after i havent had one in so long yayyy 🫶🏻

anyway now im gonna like brainstorm some better methods for me to do when im actually in the lucid dreams 😛

for the past like week ive finally had the motivation to try guided shifting meditations again and every single time i tried i fell asleeeppp 😭😭 and im so picky ab what meditations i like too like im struggling out here 💔

i also havent had lucid dreams in a while bc my sleep schedule is kinda all over the place 🥀

but i did make my own shifting subliminal :3

i think im gonna start trying to like shift while standing up and just do my own thing idk 🤔

The other day I saw someone said "shifters romanticizes their DR too much by making aesthetic posts and dr contents instead of shifting"

now someone else said "shifters are too focused on trying to shift instead of having fun or be excited on what they're gonna experience in their DRs like 2020 shifters"

in conclusion, i think y'all just want to complain💔 i mean i get it, you want your community to be a certain way. a shifter thinks that we're not dedicated enough to shift, and another thinks that we're not whimsical enough or we're taking shifting too seriously. People are reallyy complex you guys. Perhaps our community won't be ever like how you want it.

My advice is to find a small circle of shifters that you resonate with and keep them close.

i had a lucid dream last night and it was so weird bc it felt like it restarted so many times like i had to re-become lucid 😭

a couple days ago i had a thought like "i wonder if i could just walk up a wall next time i dream🤔" and i thought yeah i could def do that!

so in my dream i was like wait lemme walk around on the walls rq 😭😭😭

and like shifting was on my mind the whole time but i get so distracteddd,, and i didnt even think of trying to make a portal, or go to the void state. i just affirmed a couple times, then i saw a door and stopped bc i wanted to go outside bc that would be a better environment to affirm in??? like omg what was i onnnn like girl SHIFT.

and its like my dream knows i get distracted bc then i saw my cr cat and i was immediately focused on him bc why is my lil baby hereeee he needs cuddled rn 😭😭

and then when i did go outside the dream ended 😭

so when i became lucid again,, this time it was like dark and i had to sneak around bc LELAND COYLE was like the night guard?? of the house i was in in my dream 😭 like ig i wasnt allowed to walk around the house at night?? and he was gonna get me if he saw meee bc i saw him attack someone else 💀 so i was focused on hiding LMAO

i need to lockk innnn 😭😭 i havent been having many lucid dreams bc of my sleep schedule, so im gonna try to fix my sleep schedule so i lucid dream more,, and finally shift through one🤞🏻

i had a badd stomachache this morning and i didn't wanna get out of bed, so i listened to a subliminal to help it. and as soon as i played the vid i could feel the worst of the pain go away 🥹 and within like 30 mins i felt no pain! i was so happyyy and it really boosted my confidence with using subliminals,, bc it worked SO FAST

i don't know what i would define as "unrealistic dr' because in all of my drs, i have some kind of magic/powers. or the setting itself is "unrealistic". and all backstories are me cheesing it. i guess a dr, where i am a dragon (who can freely shapeshift between my dragon and human form) and i become a princess consort to a kingdom's crown princess. and a waiting room that changes it's form depending on what i desire.

my most unrealistic dr is my only dr lol, I live in a utopian world where I (and others that live on the continent) have superpowers because I have no interest in carrying over bodily functions, illness, or the ability to be injured tbh, it feels normal in dreams to be without it.

we spend our time on whatever our interests are, mainly split into two categories: creating + researching; things that make everyone's lives better, not just for humans but for animals, plants, and the planet ♡
