For your eyes only...

From time to time, I catch myself in moments of doubt. 

Thoughts that arrive to me from memories anchored in a past version of myself. 

Knowing I’m not alone in these feelings, I wrote this for women in need of a reminder that shame is absolutely useless in our quotidian life. 

Here, I advise my reader, “We have so much life to live. It would be terrible if we spent it afraid of our own shadow. Embrace yourself and cleanse the shame from your spirit.”
