Kamen Rider Joust , 

from the world of Saber , 

uses Wonder ride book Pied Piper and King Midas.

An evil rider from the world of saber which can petrify people into gold and make them his minion

Rational of the design: the weapon is inspired by the jousting sword and also kamen rider Knight which also influences the head gear design, both left and right part of the rider motives represent their respective stories climax 

where on the right side of the rider represents the anger of the piper playing flute taking children away with his melody 

and the left side of the rider represents the regret of King Midas after accidentally turn his only daughter into gold when she hugs him. 

this anger and regret is the main motive of this character's personality the driving force of his betrayal towards his rider brothers.  

since he is not a seiken driver user, this allows him to use 2 book of stories to transform
