Im so sick of seeing this on people's lists of reasons to lose weight. if you want to stay thin you have to keep up eating a smaller amount of food. if you lose weight and then start eating excessively again, you'll gain the weight back. This is why dieting 'doesnt work' and what leads to endless yoyoing. It's why sustainable lifestyle changes are better in the long run than crash diets.
You can hide the packages all you want.

Literally no point of v0mitting, thr0wing up. It only destroys your teeth, your body and mental. Dicipline yourself instead. Fucking own up to it. DO NOT EAT WHAT YOU WILL BE WAITING TO COME OUT FRONT OF A TOILET. If you are this hungry to a point your body forces you to binge that means that you are malnourished. It's normal to be hungry when you are in calorie deficit, but it's NOT NORMAL to âve yourself to a point you binge. Either you gonna end up fainting, dizzy, depressed and your hair will fall out, your teeth gonna be disgusting and your nails will break or you binge and then restrict, binge then restrict, binge then restrict...
When are you gonna realize that what you do is purely based on emotional immaturity and stubbornness against food and then giving up to your body? You can't win against biology.
If you don't eat everyday then your body will do anything it can to NOT let go of the fat because it thinks that you are in a danger where you can't find food, and will cling to every calorie when you binge in case you "can't find food" again. Eat nutrient dense low calorie meals everyday, get vitamins everyday.
You are being stupid and childish. What? Just because you thr3w up you think you are diciplined?

Taking your vitamins
Preparing healthy meals for yourself
Making your journey FASTER
Owning up to your actions
Giving your body the vitamins and protein that is needs
