Guess I’ll start work on making this blog re-usable again. Gonna be adding more verses, information, and other such things to it.

[ aksjasonburchak said “I told you I’m no good.” ]
A menacing thud sounded through the dimly lit room. Blisters of wood cast a shadow as they fell to the floor. His fingernails dragged through wood grain, showing clear irritation at the individual before him. How could he have been betrayed? His instructions were very clear.
*Kill the man before he killed Vhane.*
“Jason, do you understand how frustrated this makes me?” Dark onyx leather boots accompanied heavy feet as the elf wandered through the room, adjusting the front of his black vest. “You simpleton, you had one job, and one job only.” Straightening his posture, he focused silver irises on the man across the table from him. Jason was quite lucky that there was a piece of furniture separating the two, keeping the lycan just out of striking distance. Two large hands clapped themselves together, and his attention fell to the knife that had been stabbed into the poor table.
“Instead, you chose to side with the man I am trying to kill, because he was going to pay you more. Do you think that sits well with somebody who is trying to run a business, Jason?” His name carried venom behind it as it was spoken, leaving a trail of broken air behind it as the alpha male tried to keep his calm.
“I want you to go back there, with that knife, and jam it through that bastard’s eye socket. Do you understand me?”

torture
|| Since you’re one of my good buddies, and we roleplayed elsewhere besides here, I’ll do an Elrond torture for you. Something that *may* or *may not* change how you view the old man, Jason. ||
The white haired elf sat with a stone cold look on his face. The glow of orange flames flicked his now scarred features. Memories were things that often haunted him, coming in the form of fits and horrific nightmares that often kept him up all night. Living alone in the large house, all the elf could do was wander while the demons that battled for dominance in his mind did nothing but cause him more pain. “Torture?” Elrond spoke with his gruff, veteran voice. Glancing towards him with one pale, blind eye, and another and icy blue, an almost offended scoff of a laugh bellowed from inside of him. “What do you know about torture?” Standing from the wooden chair, he strode over towards the flickering flame with heavy footsteps. His cup of tea was left to sit on the table between where the two men had sat. Both large hands were clasped together behind his back, covered in leather gloves that had found the throat of many of his enemies in the past.
“Torture is not physical, Jason, no. Torture is watching your family get stripped of everything that they hold dear. It’s watching the girl you call a daughter and her husband question your sanity every time a haunting memory flows through your mind. It’s being unable to control yourself and your urges to draw your sword and cut through whomever is there with you. Inner demons do not know friend from foe, Jason. They torture your mind, body, and soul until you are nothing but a blubbering pawn riddled with distraught, and are continuously living a nightmare each and every day of your life.”
Elrond glanced over his shoulder, his pale blue eye settling on the man who sat behind him in the dark room. “Those are the things that cause the wounds that we cannot see, Jason. They are the things that causes your family to fear for your safety and their own. If something manages to get inside of your head, and fucks you up, that-- right there-- is torture.”
&&. Vhane
|| tiriith || Vhane really did like the idea of going to that sub shop he liked so much. Her little massage had helped him loosen up a little more than the warm shower did after practice. Plus, an afternoon out with Kairi definitely would be a lot more fun than letting the rain keep the two of them inside. A smile formed on his lips, before a large tattooed arm snaked its way around her midsection. White teeth seemed like little glimmers of excitement in the gray atmosphere of the condo, and the world outside. Living in Seattle reminded him of living at home. In England, it seemed to rain just as much as it did. So Vhane, despite how much he grumbled about the weather, was used to it. “ Well, let me think about that for a few minutes. ” Vhane couldn’t help but realize he wasn’t being too convincing about the choosing of whether or not he actually wanted to go outside into the rain to get some lunch. “ I think that an ‘at least you tried’ lunch would be very, very nice. ” Warm lips braced themselves against her smooth cheek. Vhane kept his facial hair well groomed, and well shampooed. It may have been coarse, but certainly wasn’t as rough and unkempt as some of the men he had seen. A light sideways pull towards his muscled body acted as a sort of hug to show his appreciation. Vhane slowly rose from the couch while letting his arm slide out from around Kairi. “ Let me just go put a shirt on, and then I’ll be ready to go. ” With that, the young elf walked through the living room and disappeared into a hallway. Wood squeaking against itself could be heard while he searched through his drawers. Time and time again he had been given instructions on how to organize them. Time and time again he had failed to do so.Vhane decided on a t-shirt that he had known for several years, his good ol’ Burzum t-shirt that read ‘Coming To A Church Near You.’ Originally, he had purchased it for the case of irony that it presented. He didn’t actually like the artist as a person, and only wore it to piss others off. As he stepped back into the living room, Vhane couldn’t help but admire the beautiful form sitting on the leather sectional. She had been with him through thick and thin, and despite how often he teased her, picked on her, and was downright mean at some points throughout their past, they still stayed together. Once he stepped up to the arm of the furniture, and reached his hand down for her to take. “Ready to go?”
Eyes lifted at the sound of his voice, glimmering in the bright glow that had been cast by her phone screen. Ebony locks shifted with a vague nod of the head as she pressed a digit to the small button at the top of the phone. The screen cut to black, and her fair features were dimmed. She took his hand and rose from the couch to get a better look at his attire. ( The BLASPHEMOUS shirt caught her attention first. ) ❛ —You’re so contentious. ❜ While her condescending words feigned irritation with the crimson haired elf’s ‘punk’ image, she truly didn’t care in the slightest. It wasn’t her gods that he mocked, and surely he attracted enough attention as is; no one would even take the time to read the scrawled calligraphy before they began to judge and whisper. And, as always, the couple would continue on as they had before, paying no mind and giving no fucks for the input of others. Unlike Vhane’s vibrant choice of self expression, Kairi chose a far simpler route in dressing herself. The first garments she had found earlier in the day — a grey long sleeved shirt and a pair of white wash skinny jeans — adorned her pallid figure. She had adorned a pair of white high top converse and a jacket since he had stalked back to their room to change, subconsciously lifting an ebony rivulet of curls from beneath the jacket’s confines to drip carelessly over a small shoulder. A soft smile accompanied normally placid features as she pocketed the phone. Her hand released his just long enough to retrieve her purse and tuck it safely over a shoulder. Then pale fingers intertwined with olive once more, mocha locks tracing over a porcelain collarbone as she lifted her head to meet his bright gaze. Ever present hints of Italian curled and drawled in her words, twisting them into an almost incomprehensible tangle of prominent vowels and recessive t’s to those who hadn’t learned how to decipher it. ❛ Yes, we can go now. I’m starving. ❜
Blasphemous? Perhaps! Vhane only did it to get a rise out of people. Well, he managed to get a rise out of those who actually knew who the artist was, and what he had done. Of course, he only broke out that shirt if he had absolutely nothing else to wear. Which, since he had forgotten to snag his clothes from their dryer earlier, was definitely the case. Vhane only let go of Kairi’s hand for a brief moment to sit down, like a big boy, and put his red, muddied converse sneakers on. The right sneaker had quite a large gauge in the front which, if looked through, his socks could be seen. The elf was one of those people that held onto things until the very last minute. The rain was beginning to let up into a drizzle outside, and it was rather silly to get in the car to go just right up the block. Vhane and Kairi made their way to the sub-shop, which was conveniently right up the road. In the light misting drizzle, their combined accents could be heard on the heavy air. The chilled air caused small goosebumps on Vhane’s inked skin. Scents that were familiar to the area, similar to those at home, gave him a fluttering feeling in his abdomen. That, or it was the feeling of hunger. As they approached the glass door of the small building on the corner, Vhane reached his free hand forward to push on the metal bar that was the handle of the door. A small bell chimed above them as they entered, and a rush of different aromas filled the young elf’s nose. For a brief second, he stopped in his tracks, waiting for his lycanthrope senses to readjust to the sudden bombardment. Once everything stopped buzzing, and his nasal passages stopped feeling like someone had filled them with grains of dry sand, he gave a quiet sniffle, before holding back a sneeze. A normal dog would have sneezed and made a mess. Vhane was far used to things like that now. Loud rumbles delivered their vocalizations from Vhane’s midsection to show that he was practically lusting after one of their sub sandwiches. What could he say? Chicken finger subs were delicious. Ever since he was a child, very rarely did he actually get anything besides a chicken finger sub, if given the option. He was, well, strange. Though, Vhane was not a picky eater. The young man would eat pretty much anything put in front of him, or suggested that he try. It was one of those ‘I won’t back down from anything’ complexes that the alpha male had. That was how he discovered he was allergic to most seafood. After they got their food ordered, Vhane led them to a booth in the corner of the shop. It was well out of the way, and they’d be able to see when their food was being brought back to them from behind the counter. The owner, a short friendly man from somewhere in Eastern Europe always greeted the two of them with a smile, never seeming to be put off by their punky appearances, and always had a smile on his face. Vhane’s olive hand took hold of Kairi’s from across the table, letting theirs rest between them while they faced one another. That chill of the outside air had finally worn off of the large elf. It had stiffened his muscles a little, but he didn’t raise any complaints about it. Gazing into Kairi’s dark blue eyes, he found himself lost for a moment. Quickly, Vhane snapped back to reality. “How about, after this, we go back home and I’ll give you a massage? Maybe even run a warm bath for the both of us, eh?” Rainy afternoons often put Vhane in a relaxed, mellow, and romantic mood. Even if it was just spending some alone time with Kairi, and away from their normal group of friends.
| Anyone else ever sit there and type out the beginning chapter of a story, and then realize that you have to continue to write said story, and then not actually get anywhere because your mind ran out of ideas? |
&&. Vhane
Vhane leans his chin down towards his chest. Two large hands that had spent the past two hours catching the rugby ball, were now placed on the mattress in front of him. As her hands massaged his tanned skin, that familiar relaxing feeling began to come over the young elf. Blood red locks laid easily over his strong, inked chest. The reason Vhane pushed himself too hard at practice, was simply because they had lost their last game. He reflects on that for a moment before opening his mouth to let loose a quiet sigh. “I know. I can’t help it. We-” He winces quietly as she massages a particularly tender spot on the elf’s muscle. “We lost last game, and I can’t help but feel like it was because we weren’t focused enough.” Glancing over his shoulder, Vhane notices the concerned look on Kairi’s face. Guilt flows through his stomach, showing the alpha male’s rare affection. “I promise, I won’t push myself too hard from now on.”
Kairi sighed softly upon the realization that men, as popular belief suggested, were truly egotistical MORONS. Pale fingers unlatched themselves from the bulging swell of aching muscle that rose from his shoulders and chest. She paused for a brief moment, combing dark nails through crimson tresses, pulling his hair back from his face gingerly. It had become a habit that often foreshadowed a somber night of deep reflection and tense silences. ( The downpour of frigid rain, which cast a vibrant curtain of melancholy hues of grey and verdant forests beyond the veil, that thundered around the condo did little to lift that atmosphere. ) And yet, surprisingly, actions led by the petite Italian dispelled the tense moment. Ivory legs folded beneath her upon rounding the contemporary leather sectional, seating herself at the elf’s side. She had adjusted herself to face him, small knees pressed to his thigh, hands returning to his long mane. Soft locks were tucked back into a flimsy braid, unwound, retied again, stronger this time. She unwound them again, combed her nails through his hair. And finally, she spoke. ❛ Well, on a scale of one to ten, how sore are you? Because, see, I was thinking maybe we could go to that sub joint downtown. You remember, the one that has that chicken tender sandwich you loved so much? ❜ Idle chatter accompanied a gentle smile as she continued, combing a thick tangle of dark hair behind one of her lover’s pierced ears. ❛ Consider it my treat. A bit of an ‘Oh well, at least you tried’ congratulatory meal. What do you think of that? ❜

Alabaster hands curl around taut shoulders gently, cool flesh against bare, warmer olive. Slender digits massage in slow circles, a movement the young woman has mastered through multiple 'massage therapy' sessions after harsh rugby practices. Dark brows knit in light concern at the contracting muscles beneath her soft hands; that same worry filters into her voice a moment later, as she chooses to vocalize her observations. "Love, you've been pushing yourself too hard."

(I'm not even responding to any rps or anything at the moment because of the time but you tagged and now I must cause it has been to long since we did anything. This is so random even for him...I can't even think of anything XD) Jason looked over the elf, time to make new friends? "Hey, whassap?"
| Aha! I win! |
“Oh, hey man. Not much. You er- You’re a vampire, aren’t you?” Vhane leaned himself away, raising an eyebrow. His crimson red hair hung back neatly over his shoulders as he did.

aksjasonburchak, go for it mang.
[ So for any of you Halo roleplayers out there, I'm thinking of making an alternate universe for my main character where he's a Freelancer. Since he's an OC, and doesn't really belong to a canon storyline or fandom, would it be wrong to come up with a name for him that isn't in the list of agents already? ]

Vhane had woken the minute his perked ears registered the sound of Kairi’s footsteps leaving the bedroom. The elf listened to her make the coffee downstairs, and then wipe up the mess she had made. Despite feeling bad for her, he still felt incredibly lucky that she was willing to surprise him with a cup of coffee. She truly was an amazing woman, and anyone who doubted would be met with the ultimate defense from the normally brutish male. A quiet, drawn out sigh came from the man as he brought one of his hands up from underneath the blankets to rub at the corner of his eye. He made as many noises as an old man in the morning, it seemed. His shoulders and back popped, joints settled into place. Vhane was just a noisy man, even in a half asleep state. The smell of coffee was definitely one thing that had rolled him out of his state of slumber. As his silver eyes opened fully, they began to adjust to the darkness in the bedroom. Faintly, he could see the steaming cup of coffee that she had laid out on his nightstand. Once again, Vhane cleared his throat and moved to sit upright against the pillows, which were warm from his large head being pressed against them all night. He took the cup of coffee in one hand, and went to wrap the other arm around the shoulders of the young woman beside him. She was a perfect fit against his large, muscled frame. Even in the darkness, his tattoos seemed colorful, and vibrant. The sleeves of nature almost glowed against the one or two small slivers of sunlight that had shown through the slats in the shades. ❝How are you this morning, love?❞ Vhane looked over towards his fiance, looking at her fair, and beautiful face in the dark bedroom. The mug was brought up to his lips, and the hot dark liquid was left to run between his lips. It flowed down his throat, and he could slowly feel the caffeine taking its effect. He reached over to set the mug back down on the nightstand. The now free hand came to lovingly rest on her thigh. Vhane’s gaze was light, and caring as usual. She was the only one who could get that look from him.
Bruised lids peeled back to reveal dark eyes. She briefly focused in on the darkness before training her worn gaze on the larger form beside her, then on the hand at her thigh. A weak smile curled on chapped lips. She always seemed as though the wars waging within her were coming to an end, dark circles underlining her sunken in eyes, pale skin colder and sickly. Yet it was in the mornings when she looked like she was at the end of her battle, more fragile in a sense. As if a single brush of her fair skin would cause her to break. It was in the mornings when she felt closer to death than any other hour of the day. ❛ Tired. ❜ The answer was the same every morning. Lifting the porcelain mug to her lips once more, Kairi closed her eyes and took another drink. The hot liquid combined with the warmth of her lycan lover to put the brunette at ease— she sank deeper into his side and breathed a quiet sigh of contentedness. Her migraine retreated to the spot of origin as it always had, leaving only a dull ache that never fully dissipated. She had learned to ignore it to the best of her abilities. ❛ Judging by those horrendous snores you were roaring out last night, I take it you slept well? ❜ While the words carried bitter imagery and were associated with blunt sarcasm, her smile was softer. She couldn’t help but tease him— his silly reactions always took her mind off of her own pain.
Vhane could only smile at her teasing. There were so many mornings that he felt sympathy and sadness for her. No matter what he could do, there was nothing that could possibly eternally cease her inner battles. Although, he could make her smile, laugh, and feel loved. That’s all Vhane needed to know how to do, he felt. As she settled deeper into his side, the alpha male rested a large palm on her shoulder. The pad of his thumb traced a small circle against her pale skin. For a brief moment, he looked over to the window, and then back down to Kairi. ❛ Horrendous snores? I wouldn’t really call them that. They were more like a sign of comfort.❜ The elf gave her a gentle kiss to the top of her head, before leaning right back up. A noise began to slowly drum in his ears, the sound of liquid water hitting the window on the other side of their bedroom. It was going to be another dark day. The sun had disappeared, leaving them in darkness. Vhane had grown accustomed to it, and was glad he had an excuse to not have to take the car to get washed. Why even bother when it was raining already, right? Vhane let one of his legs come to rest against Kairi’s. A low growl emanated from his stomach. Hunger had arrived. Quickly looking off to his left where his nightstand was, Vhane saw the red numbers on his alarm clock showed it was around 9:00 in the morning. A gentle squeeze was given to his wife’s shoulder, before his hand that was on her thigh came to rest beside him once more. ❛ How about some breakfast? I’ll cook whatever you’d like. It’s your decision today.❜ Normally Vhane chose in the mornings, always having the recipes planned out the nights before. One of his side hobbies was cooking, and learning to make new things to keep his kitchen experience at home always changing. His grocery list was always changing. One would think Vhane would have chosen to be a chef, but he didn’t want people telling him what to make and how to make it. He saw it as limiting his creativity. The only one who got to tell him how to cook was Kairi, anyway.
