 I think I played Symphony of the Night a little after I met Kyron, some 17 years ago. That game, along with other favorites influenced us a lot. I can speak for both of us when I say we loved every little detail of it and listened to the OST millions of times while drawing. We’ve been together, playing games and challenging each other as artists ever since. Now we make games together under Endlessfluff- we’re fueled by the games we grew up on. Valdis Story, was definitely inspired by SOTN, no doubt. I have to say, I don’t think any one person is responsible for everything I love about a game like that. There’s more than one person on a game dev team and it’s the whole team that matters.  We don’t know what Bloodstained will be like.  I do know that there’s a lot of money in games now and some of my favorite companies are moving to money grabs and mobile … and it’s not so they can make highly detailed beautifully crafted experiences. I like that veterans like Iga, go out on their own to create something worth while. That’s what I support. I hold my heroes to high standards though. It’s better for them and all of us if we do. LETS MAKE SOME GREAT GAMES. GOODLUCK IGA & TEAM!
