Media
Nintendo games!!!! Mostly Mario and Splatoon but I've got a soft spot for all of Nintendo. The Paper Mario series is the thing that got me into video games and art, and all of my love and passion can be attributed to it
Indie games!!! While Nintendo created the spark, indie games are what turned it into an absolute blazing inferno. The absolute passion combined with creative freedom of indie games will blow me away every time. Whichever indie game I'm posting most about changes every once and a while but they're all near and dear to my heart. A few examples are: Bug Fables, In Stars and Time, Celeste, Tangle Tower, Deltarune, A Hat in Time, Balatro, Hades, Dave the Diver, Dicey Dungeons, Later Alligator, Cuphead. Basically if it has really tight satisfying controls or is full of silly goofy guys and is a little bit heart breaking, I'M IN. Looking to get Great God Grove or Pizza Tower next.
Ace Attorney. This gets its own spot because I'm insane. My favourite games are The Great Ace Attorney ones, I miss them so much. I'm also adding Ghost Trick here because my god it was so good (and Capcom seems to think it's an ace attorney game lmao). The hyperfixation that never died.
In terms of music, I am quite passionate about video game OSTs. They're so good. I'm also eerily good at guessing games I've played from very small snippets of their songs. For specific artists, I'm really into Will Wood. Something about his music hits like no other band. I'm also crazy for Steam Powered Giraffe. Robots are so cool..... robots... robots playing musical instruments..... telling silly jokes.... moving like robots...... oh I eat it up.
I don't go crazy for tv and movies as much as I do video games, but I do still like them!! BIG fan of Taskmaster, funniest show I've ever seen. I also can't get enough of Columbo, obsessed with that silly little guy. I'm not super into anime but I love all the Ghibli movies and adore Mob Psycho 100. Love children's cartoons that start out silly then go crazy like Gravity Falls, Ambhibia, The Owl House, Steven Universe. Adore the Sherlock & Co podcast. Eat up the Knives Out movies.
General
I go crazy for murder mysteries and detectives. Absolutely crazy. My steam library contains almost exclusivley detective games. My library checkout history is all Agatha Christie. I'm still obsessed with Ace Attorney to this day.

Hobbies/Skills
Drawing! Mainly a digital artist, but I do dabble in other traditional mediums occasionally. Love sketching and doodling on paper. I use ibisPaint X because I don't want to learn a new program lol. Mostly draw characters I love but have a couple OCs of my own.
Sewing & Crocheting. I used to make plushes but I tragically just don't have the time anymore, I usually sew to fix things now haha. My favourite thing to crochet is clothing but I do made plushes and decorations from time to time.
Coding. Most proficient with C++, but have also used C, Python, C#, and JavaScript. I despise JavaScript. I do quite enjoy coding, and I really wanna make video games someday.
I do quite enjoy cooking and baking, and usually post pictures of the cooler things I make. I've also made some absolutely dubious food and posted that
Musical instruments !! I definitely play for fun, not for quality lmao, but I do love it. I have previously played clarinet, accordion, and melodica, but these days I stick to my ukulele.
Plants :) I love plants. Always increasing the plant collection.

I've also done 3D modelling, clay sculpting, painting, cosplay(but only really for halloween), and like. A million other things I'm forgetting.
Dislikes
The stuff I really don't wanna see. These are the things that will prevent me from following someone, or even block them if it keeps showing up on my feed. Some of these I have personal vendettas against too lmao. This isn't like. Actually serious. So we're clear. Just my dislikes.
Danganronpa lol (this is the one I have a personal vendetta against. Seeing danganronpa makes me fall to my knees, yell NOOOOOOO, then screenshot it and send it to my friends who TORMENT ME WITH IT)
Shipping. It's just not what I enjoy media for. Nothing against it but it absolutely ain't for me and I very quickly get sick and tired of it (with a couple exceptions. oh narumitsu when will I be free from your grasp.)
Any sexual stuff really. Not what I'm here for. Don't wanna see it.

Getting a little too crazy about fandom. I know I'm on the crazy about fandom website. But. Idk. People argue too much when it's really not that serious. Life is a lot more nuanced than the internet makes it out to be

every chapter of deltarune has a secret npc who only appears if you leave and re-enter the room 1225 times while you have a bagel in your seventh inventory slot and the npc is a sentient doorknob and when you talk to them the music cuts out and they’re like “who’s that whispering in the trees, it’s two sailors and they’re on leave, pipes and chains and swinging hands, who’s your daddy, yes i am” and then within four hours there’s a thirty minute long video on youtube titled “ASGORE IS FRIEND??? DADDY THEORY EXPLAINED” and it already has 100,000 views and then a year later people call the next chapter disappointing because it was focusing too much on developing the main characters instead of explaining the doorknob guy
Oh how I long for a world in which fandom is not entirely consumed by shipping. I don't care. Every ship in fandom becomes the same ship. I don't care. I love stories for their compelling nuanced character dynamics. Why is it always "male character x male character gay moments compilation" (collection of all 7 scenes they were on screen together where all they do is vaguely look at each other and say a couple mean things). Even when there is interesting romance all intrigue gets drained out of it as quickly as possible. Is there any escape. Can anyone hear me. Will I ever be free. Am I just banished from fan creations forever until I assimilate. I'm so tired.
hey guys you know a work can have challenging & disturbing & weird themes without it actually being a kink that the writers have, right? I know we all like to use that “the author’s barely disguised fetish” meme but i truly need y’all to understand that some things are just recurring themes & motifs in a body of work without it being sexual for the writers or anyone involved in the creation of art. It’s important to me that y’all know this.
