| 🗡️ | Zidane is unfazed by such a inquiry, having experienced it many times in his life, and in comparison to the uncomfortable attitude Lann takes up, seemingly ashamed of what he has said, the blond remains realized.
“Pff, what are you saying?!” He throws an arm around the other’s shoulder, grinning enthusiastically while he is doing so. “Don’t be so worried about it! It’s okay, really.” He appeases, tail waving a little in a continuous motion.
“Yep, this is all natural, grown by me. Well not grown per say…” He pulls away scratching his head before shrugging.
“But that’s a long story for another time.”
The sudden arm around his shoulder startles him, but his lips twitch into a smile at the reassurance. It was good to know he hadn’t messed up too much by speaking before thinking and asking such a thing.
Grown? Confusion strikes him with that statement. How did one grow a tail? Did some kind of potion or something allow for that to happen? A certain ability? Luckily, all his questions were more or less cleared up. Having already asked the question about his tail and the other being relatively okay with it, Lann thinks it would be alright to ask something else. “Hey um are you a Mirage? Or a Champion of some sort?” Of course the answer was most likely going to be that he wasn’t, but he had to ask. Still, perhaps that was a little too weird to ask. Lann chooses not to look the other in the eye while waiting for a response instead preoccupying himself with looking at the bottle he was holding in his hand. He was on a roll with asking all sorts of question today and that may not be a good thing.
| 🗡️ | Zidane grins, shaking his head. “I have no clue what you’re talking about.” He says ever so blunt, albeit far from unfriendly. Mirage? Champion? Well the latter one certainly didn’t sound so bad- but still he doubted he had ever been referred to a as a Champion by anyone.
“But hey, if you want me to be, I guess you could call me those things.” Zidane shrubs, attempting to ease himself back into a state of knowing- peering curiously at the bottle in the boy’s hand.
“My turn. What’s that thingie ya got there?”
