Shakti is the creative force of the entire universe. We each have a source of this energy at the base of the spine. It’s union with the shiva, universal consciousness, is what brings us enlightenment and allows us to awaken our spiritual gifts. Kundalini-Shakti stores this energy for us, but becomes coiled because of beliefs and doctrine we are taught. The more beliefs we take on, the more tightly coiled she becomes preventing the release of Shakti energy. The uncoiling happens as we begin to detach ourselves from the “false-self” and let go of illusions and old patterns that keep Shakti from liberation. Enlightenment is not just about eating perfect, practicing poses, meditation, pranayama, etc. It is about releasing inhibitions. With the intent to let go and heal, all these other practices are tools to assist you on that journey. Namaste 🙏🏾 . .
