One thing I've noticed about myself is that I lose/gain weight very quickly. I know that it's probably due to most of it being water weight, but visually, I can go from looking very slim to looking a lot fuller within like 2 weeks. This feels like a blessing and a curse tbh cause if I eat even just a little bit less and workout just a little bit more, I see results super quick - but as soon as I start letting myself go or start eating a couple hundred above my goal over a short period of time, I start gaining all the weight back. I can normally afford 1 "moderate" cheat day a week, especially if I follow it up with a fast/extremely low-calorie day. My problem is that im always tempted to keep eating more after the binges. My mind goes, "You've already ruined it, there's no point restricting anymore today." I need to try to train my brain to be able to appreciate a small treat, feel satisfied, and then move on.

Total Weekly Calories (Goal <2900):
Just got told I had "sexy thick thighs" im gonna kms. Great motivation tho.
OKKKK so my family came to stay for about a week so I was kinda forced to eat normally. I'm gonna restart now, so I will start tracking & updating again. They left a couple of days ago, and I've been fasting for almost 48 hours so far. I will most likely have to break my fast with something tonight, but it will still be under 400 calories.

Safe Foods
These are some low-calorie foods that are actually satisfying to eat.
95g Canned Tuna - 145cals (but a lot less when you drain all the liquid) (Very good protein)
1 packet of Instant Veggie Soup - 71cal (great for volume eating)
1 Tomato - 18-22cal
1 Laughing Cow Cheese Light - 26cal
1 Mandarin - 37-40cal (good source of vitamins)
1 Kiwi Fruit - 40cal
1 Feijoa - 25cal
Pretty much all berries are under 70cal per 100g.
1 Carrot - 25-30cal
1 Boiled Egg - 70cal (Filling and a good source of protein)
160g Chobani Greek Yoghurt Natural Light - 89cal (Good Protein & Calcium)
Jelly B Konjac Jelly - 2-8cals per pouch (curb sugary cravings)
210g Baked Beans in Tomato Sauce - 177cals (a little higher but excellent on workout days)
(I will keep adding to this over time)
Rules
Do not drink calories. Water, Diet Coke, and herbal teas only.
Try to fast for 1 day every week if possible.
Home workouts 3-4 times a week (doesn't matter what it is, just try to develop a routine)
You're not hungry, you're just bored
On cheat days (Sat, Sun), still remain disciplined. A couple of small treats is enough.
Take smaller bites of food and chew for longer - makes it feel like you're eating more and gives your food time to reach your stomach, making you feel satisfied.
No heavy or unnecessary carbs/fats (e.g., butter on corn, white bread with soup, pasta) - will easily go over daily limit.
Try to eat all the food in the evening (after 5pm) as night-time is when I'm most likely to binge, so feeling semi-full will help avoid this.
No food after 7pm.
Try to avoid oils of any kind, high in calories for what they are.
