Sneak peak for the second chapter of "Introspection and the Privileges of one's peers"

“DON’T YOU IGNORE ME! I SAID MOVE!” Bakugo retorted, getting closer to Shouto and Midoriya.

Shouto knew the drill.

He smoothly moved in front of Midoriya, and planted his feet as he stared blankly at Bakugo.

“And I said that there’s plenty of space. I don’t know why you’re making a scene about it all,” Shouto responded coolly, his patience starting to run thin.

“Where’s all this chatter coming from? And why are you always stepping in front of that useless nerd?”

Shouto’s eyes narrowed. But he gave a subtle shrug, as his voice lowered.

“I suppose I just don’t want to risk allowing somebody I care for to get hurt when I can stop it. I’m sure you can understand my situation,” He held Bakugo’s stare.

“Can’t you, Bakugo-kun?”

Shouto would be lying if he said he was good at reading people’s expressions, but there was no mistaking the primal fear in Bakugo’s eyes, as the blond realised just what Shouto meant.

He realised who he reminded Shouto of.

“Tch. Whatever.”

Bakugo shoved his hands in his pockets, and stormed off. If other people in the hallway noticed his slight change in demeanour, they didn’t show it. At least in Shouto’s opinion.

Change my mind- If Yang had been the one who went to the Menagerie with Blake, then the same BumblBY shippers who called Sun a ‘stalker’ wouldn’t have even brought it up, and then they would have said it was romantic, and used it as proof for BumblBY
