Morning Grumble & Kisses

Pairing: CALEB x PIPSQUEAK

As the first rays of the morning sun gently kissed the room, you found yourself in a cozy tangle with Caleb. His arms were wrapped around you, holding onto you as if you were the most precious thing in the world.

The warmth shared throughout the night lingered in the air, creating a tranquil atmosphere.

You stirred, realizing that the day had begun, and gently attempted to disentangle yourself from his embrace.

However, Caleb, in his sleep, tightened his grip, snuggling even closer. A soft smile played on your lips as you tried not to disturb his peaceful slumber.

Carefully, you attempted to slip out of his arms, inching your way toward the edge of the bed. But Caleb, sensing your movement, unconsciously tightened his hold, preventing your escape.

It was as if he sensed your attempt to slip away and was determined to keep you close.

Undeterred, you decided to try a different approach. You gently traced circles on his back, hoping the soothing motion would subconsciously coax him into loosening his hold.

However, Caleb only let out a content sigh and nestled deeper into the crook of your neck.

Amused by his adorable clinginess, you whispered, "Come on, Caleb, I need to get up."

In response, he mumbled something incoherent and pressed a soft kiss against your shoulder. You couldn't help but be captivated by the intimate morning scene.

You continued your attempts, but each one seemed to fail. It was as if Caleb had turned into a human koala overnight, unwilling to let go. With a playful grin, you tried the oldest trick in the book – gently wiggling out of his embrace.

Yet, Caleb, still in a half-dream state, only adjusted his hold to keep you securely in place.

Frustration mingled with amusement, and just as you were about to surrender, Caleb's eyes fluttered open. A morning grumble escaped his lips, "Where do you think you're going, darling?"

Caught in the act, you laughed softly, "I was trying to get up without waking you."

He tightened his grip, a mischievous glint in his eyes. "It's useless. You're not going anywhere." His lips met yours in a sweet, lingering kiss, making the morning even more magical.

Playfully challenging, you teased, "Is that so?"

With a sudden burst of affection, Caleb rolled over, trapping you beneath him. His morning-stubbled face was inches away, and he whispered, "Absolutely. And just to make sure you stay, I think some morning kisses are in order."

Laughter and shared kisses filled the room as Caleb turned your failed escape into a sweet moment of intimacy. The day may have started with a playful struggle, but the warmth of your connection made it a perfect beginning to a new day together.

'do you remember the day i proposed?', he asked as he absentmindedly ran his hands up and down your back, holding you against his chest.

you were laying in bed together, dissecting each other's days as you allowed yourselves to relax after your respective grueling days. you matched his actions, allowing your hands to feel the warmth of his back as you dug them under his shirt, soft in your movements just like him.

you half snorted, ''remember'? it was only two years ago, dummy. i think about it all the time.'

'yeah?', he smiled at this, repositioning you so that he could look into your eyes. he chuckled as you complained at the new distance, having been completely pressed up against him just moments ago.

'i was so nervous that day. i was terrified you were gonna say no', he revealed, shy smile adorning his face.

'really? why would i ever say no, dummy? you knew i was in love with you.'

'yeah, but ... i dont know. never really imagined id get to marry the love of my life. i saw it in movies. i saw my parents, my grandparents. i saw people i knew. but i never thought it'd be me someday. it was only ever a dream. you made it a reality.'

being married to Victor, you shouldve gotten used to his soft-spoken words by now. to the way he'd convey the sweetest of statements without even batting an eye. but you still found yourself affected by him, with your heart melting every time he unknowingly waxed poetic at you.

'Dummy .. it was always a yes. you couldve asked me on day one and it wouldve been a yes.'

'oh? you liked me that much?', now he was smirking, pulling you closer once again.

'shut up. you're hot, okay? i'm not stupid you're totally wife material.'

'hah', he chuckled, 'wife?'

'don't argue with me. you asked me to marry you.' 

he hummed, 'yeah. and i'd do it again', he paused, 'love waking up next to you every day. love holding you through the night even more. never knew how soundly i could sleep until i first held you in my arms.'

there he was again. his words made you feel like you were floating, never being able to get used to the adoration he held for you. you couldnt help yourself when you wrapped yourself tighter around him, nuzzling your face into the warmth of the crook of his neck. he took the hint and held you even closer, making sure his arms trapped the entirety of you against him.

this had to be your favorite thing about being married to your husband. he'd loved and held you all throughout your relationship, but now that you were married, every time you were in his arms it felt like a promise. like he would keep you close to him no matter what happened.

'i love you.'

'me more,' he kissed the top of your head, chuckling at your whine in disagreement, 'sleep, my love. let me hold you and never let go.'

“Well, no, it just does things to me,” Caleb mumbled.

“It flusters me,” Caleb sighed. 

“Baby,” you cooed, “we’ve been together for so long, and I still fluster you?” 

“Yes, you do,” Caleb answered with a pout.

“You’re so cute,” you complimented as you placed another kiss on his cheek, making him giggle as he tightened his grip around you. 

“It’s not fair,” Caleb mumbled.  

“What’s not fair?” You asked as you ran your hands through his hair, making him almost purr in your lap. 

“That you still can make me so super shy after so long,” Caleb whined, making you laugh. 

“You make me super shy at times, too, you know?” 

“Yeah? When?” Caleb asked as he leaned forward to place a kiss on your jaw. 

“Caleb,” you said with a soft sigh. 

“When, pipsqueak?” Caleb asked. 

“Caleb!” You gasped. 

“Ah, I see, I make you super shy when I’m like this, or is it just the word pipsqueak?” Caleb teased, making you pout. 

“You’re mean,” you whined, making him laugh. 

“Come here, I just wanted to make you just as shy,” Caleb said as he pulled you in closer and placed his lips on yours. You melted into the kiss as he moved his soft lips against yours, his hands wrapped around you, making you moan into the kiss, allowing Caleb to slip his tongue into your mouth, deepening the kiss. 

You pulled away to catch your breath and smiled at him. 

“Bedroom,” you mumbled. 

“Oh?” Caleb said with a knowing smirk. 

“I figured you’d want to show me how you’re not super shy?” You teased.

Today turned out to be one of your bad days. It just seemed like nothing was working out well for you and that has been putting you on edge.

Even then, you were still trying so hard to not let anyone notice you being glum. However, one look at you and Caleb could already tell you seriously needed an out from this party. So even if he was on the other side of the room, he didn't hesitate excusing himself from his friends and walked towards you.

At this moment, you still haven't noticed him coming up and you were just mindlessly fiddling with your food. He then quietly pulled the chair beside you, put one of his arms on the back of your chair and the other one on the table in front of you.

"Y/n," he was so close to you that even though he called you softly in the midst of the noise, you were still able to hear him. "Do you wanna go home already?"

You were legit shocked when you finally realized he was there, so you just stared at him wide-eyed for like a full minute making him chuckle.

"Caleb, what are you doing here?"

"Talking to my girlfriend?" He playfully replied which earned him a glare from you.

"But weren't you with Zayne and Rafayel?"

"Don't you want me here?" His tone suddenly turned serious but still gentle like he was afraid he said something that offended you or whatever. "Do you want to be alone for a while?"

You didn't say anything and just shook your head, slightly feeling guilty for making him feel like he did something wrong when he didn't.

"Okay," he let out a sigh while watching you continue playing with the pasta with your fork. He was just there waiting for you to say anything or share whatever was troubling you at the moment, but when you didn't, he suddenly offered his hand to you.

He just gave you a knowing look and even though you were clueless in what he's about to do, you still took it.

And when he stood up, he gently pulled you with him. "Where are we going?" You asked when he led you towards the door.

He didn't answer you until you were both finally out of the house and was standing beside a fountain in the middle of the garden.

"Why did you bring me here? Your friends might look for us if we go out without telling anyone."

"I'm not worried about them." He held your hands affectionately. "You're the one I'm genuinely concerned about, what's going on?"

"Nothing," you tried dismissing his question even though you were already so close to crying. "I'm fine."

"Don't lie to me,."

"I am not--" but before you could even finish what you were saying, he already pulled you into a warm hug. And that's when your tears started streaming down like waterfall. His dress shirt were then immediately soaked but he didn't mind it since he was so focused on comforting you, patting your back lightly and giving tiny kisses on the top of your head as you cried your heart out.

"I got your shirt wet," it was the first thing you said as soon as you calmed down.

"No, it's fine . Don't worry about it," he assured you while wiping your tears with his one hand and the other was circling your waist. "Are you feeling better now?"

You nodded cutely. "Yes, thank you."

"You're welcome ."

And as if on cue, your stomach grumbled and the romantic moment you were currently sharing ended up with Caleb laugh filling in the silence of the garden for the next two minutes.

"It feels nice, doesn't it?", "What exactly?"

"Just us, being like this", Caleb says, as he pets your hair, his other hand resting behind his head. Your head is resting on his chest, the soft sound of his heartbeat nearly lulling you to sleep.

Caleb wasn't the quite outgoing, extroverted guy. He was introverted, loved games and reading books. But he also loved doing chores with you, binge-watching movies until early in the morning, sharing the same cup of coffee or even sitting together in comfortable silence, limbs tangled in each other under the covers.

This is one of these moments.

"Can you hear my heartbeat?", you hear his deep voice rumble through his chest and a giggle escapes your lips. "Yes Caleb, I do. I'm right above your heart, you know", you state.

"You're wrong on this one, baby", he says and you slightly glare at him. "You're not on my heart, you're in my heart", he smiles cheekily and you playfully smack his chest. "Thanks for ruining the moment, Woo", "Shut up, you love me", he laughs and turns you over, smothering your cheeks with kisses and his hands are tickling your sides.

"Hey, hey! Stop, I'm ticklish, you idiot!", you laugh breathlessly, your frame trapped between the mattress and Caleb strong body. He stops for a second and observes you, his eyes holding stars and adoration, l for you.

"Hey, why are you looking at me like that? Is there something on my face?", you ask him and a wide, gleeful smile spreads on his lips. "You are so beautiful when you laugh,", he whispers and a blush starts creeping up your body.

"Why are you so affectionate and sappy today?", you ask playfully and Caleb raises an eyebrow in question. "Oh? Are you saying you don't like it?", "On the contrary, I could get used to it", you chuckle.

A day with you

Caleb smiles against your lips, only allowing a hair’s breadth of space to form in between you both as you let out an annoyed huff. you roll onto your back and he towers over you, arms braced on either side of your head.

“hi,” he whispers, and you can hear the smile in his voice.

“go to sleep,” pipsqueak, cracking one eye open lazily.

“it’s midnight.”

“exactly.” you try to turn over, but Caleb nuzzles into your neck, pressing a brief, open-mouthed kiss to the sliver of skin exposed near your shoulder. 

“you know what that means.” he presses his fingers into your waist, bunching up your t-shirt. his hair tickles your neck; you smile.

“it means you need to sleep,” you say pointedly, squinting into the darkness. you bring a hand up and card it through his hair. he sighs softly when you lightly scratch on his scalp.

“and it also means it’s a new day already.”

“‘s not a new day ‘til the sun comes up,” you murmur sleepily.

Caleb doesn’t argue. he only grabs your hand and kisses the inside of your wrist. the muted city lights that penetrate the darkness through your open window are reflected in his eyes—but he looks at you like you’ve hung up all the stars in the sky, just for him.

“pipsqueak ” he says, mouth splitting into a wide grin, and despite your drowsiness, you let him pull you into a kiss, and somehow you already know this day is going to be a special one already.

Missed you

Pairing: CALEB x LIYANA

He's touchy on the best of days, but on bad days... he's practically attached to you. From the moment you walk in the door he's wrapping his arms around you and pressing his warm lips to the crook of your neck, "Missed you," he murmurs, exhaustion evident in his almost slurred speech.

He follows you around as you prepare for bed, hovering close by when he can't hold or touch you directly. His footsteps are heavy, dragging along the floor as his eyes fall closed periodically. "Go to bed," you encourage as you tug your clothes over your head and toss them in the laundry basket. "I'll be there soon."

He blinks sleepily at you, then — with a small shake of his head — he follows you into the bathroom. His hair is still a little wet from earlier. He doesn't need another shower. He joins you just to feel you close, pressing his chest to your back and dropping lazy, wet kisses to your skin as you attempt to complete your routine around him.

Afterwards, as you're attempting to dress, he tugs you down into the already undisturbed bedsheets before you can get more than a t-shirt over your head. Then he curls himself around you, laying his head on your chest and draping his leg over yours. "Missed you," he mumbles again. They seem to be the only words he's capable of now.

You tangle your fingers in his slightly damp hair, messed by your brief attempt to dry him off with a towel. It curls a little like this, one part by his temple almost forming a full ringlet. You wrap it around your finger gently, fingertips scratching lightly against his temple in the process. "You really should sleep without me."

He hums, a lazily acknowledgement that you've spoken.

"Caleb," you chastise, "I mean it. You're too exhausted all the time to wait for me like this."

He turns his head slightly, allowing him to press his lips just above your collar bone. "Hair, please," he says, whisper-soft.

you begin to feel exhaustion take over your body as you lay in bed with your husband.

it’s just all so perfect. the feeling of his arms wrapped around your torso as you lay your head on his chest.

the movie you two where watching becoming nothing more than background noise as sleep weighs down on your eyes.

your husband, who seemed to be silently admiring you this entire time rather than actually watching whatever movie it is you wanted to watch, notices the way your body begins the shut down.

he gently coos your name. you hum in response being too tired to move your mouth. “do you want to sleep dummy? i can turn off the movie” he says quietly, not wanting to disrupt the atmosphere.

you don’t reply, instead opting to wrap your arms tighter around him, pushing your face deeper into his chest.

he quietly laughs at the action and shuts the laptop you two were watching on.

he adjusts his body to where he could get a better view of your face. as if in a trance of your beauty, his eyes trace over the tiny little details of you. even in the darkness of the bedroom, only light source being the luminescence of the moon glowing across your features, he still felt in awe upon seeing your beauty.

he slowly drags a finger across your cheeks, then through the curve of you nose, then finally your brow line.

taking a gentle hold of your cheek he kisses you softly.

Lazy Sunday

Pairing: VICTOR x DUMMY ( Me/You)

You wake up to the sound of light snoring in your ear. The weight of one of Victor's strong arms over your shoulder as he unconsciously pulls you closer to his body, your back against his chest.

Victor rarely slept over but when he did it was bliss. You stayed up late playing video games or watching movies and he would always cuddle you until you fell asleep. 

And when you woke up, he was just there. You loved waking up with him, morning Victor was one of your favourites. He was always so sleepy and goofy, an adorable husband . 

You take a peek at your watch to check the time, it's early and the sun is peaking through your curtains. Thankfully Victor didn't have to be at work for a while so you could enjoy this time with him. Even if he was sleeping, his body was warm and you felt extra cosy in the sheets with him around you. He made you feel safe in his arms, and his body just fit around yours perfectly. 

Suddenly Victor's arm is no longer around you as he shifts to his other side. You turn with him and wrap your arm under his becoming the big spoon. Your face buried into his shoulder breathing in his musky scent. 

You think about turning his alarm off, getting him to play hooky with you and stay home but you knew you would be late . Victor was meant to be in LFG today, attending a important meeting. He had talked about it last night saying he needed to attend a meeting, not that it stopped him from talking the whole way through the movie you watched together. 

Victor begins to turn again in his sleep, you move out of his way so he doesn't crush you. You use this opportunity to run to the bathroom and freshen up before Victor wakes up.

When you return, Victor is awake and scrolling through his phone.

"Morning," you say climbing back into bed and snuggling in next to him.

"Good morning," he replies, scratching your head as he reads his messages. "Did you sleep well?"

"The best," 

"Me too, I always sleep better when I'm with you."

You smile and reach up to take Victor phone, setting it to the side before you climb on top of him, straddling him and kissing him good morning.

"So we have some time before you have to leave," you start when you sit up, "Maybe we could put this morning wood to some use."

He laughs and pulls you down for a long kiss, rolling you over so he is now on top of you, the weight of him sinking you into the mattress. 

"So that's why you got me to stay over huh?" Victor said, burying his head into the crook of your neck and peppering it in kisses. 

Dummy didn't move. But it was the sort of not moving that implied she was pretending to sleep.

Victor sighed, grabbed dummy shoulder, flipped her onto his back and pressed a kiss onto his lips.

"Get up," Dummy said firmly as Victor smirked up at you and pulled the covers over you both.

Victor  tightened the arm draped around your waist, and you momentarily adverted your gaze from your phone to affectionately nuzzle at his neck. Both of you were laying on your bed, Victor  was reading a book with his right hand while his left arm was hugging your side and absently caressing your waist; you laid on your side, scrolling through your socials with your head resting on your husband shoulder.

You loved lazy days like this, cuddling in his arms and in his warmth. During the years you’ve been together – from college to the both of you finding a job and being close enough with each other to decide not to look for another as husband and wife, Victor slowly got used to your need of attentions and affection, so he naturally got used to cuddling with you on the sofa while watching a movie, or on the bed.

He had to admit, cuddling after a long day working at the office was the exact kind of relax he needed.

Living together when you both had a crush on each other wasn’t easy – both being too afraid to ruin your love because you were somehow both convinced your feelings were unrequited, but you made it work. Sometimes both of you fell asleep with cheeks flaming red and your heart pounding in your ribcage, but you slipped in this silent routine you didn’t want to break. You felt Victor's breath delicately fanning your nose, and you glanced up – almost bumping your noses together due to how close you were, to see him already looking at you.

You slightly raised an eyebrow at him, silently asking what was wrong, but he didn’t answer. Victor's strong gaze was focused travelling his way from your eyes to your lips, slowly mimicking your action of wetting your lips with your tongue. You hoped he was going to kiss you and even if your lips ached to connect with his, you stayed still, fearing to misunderstand his signals. Victor  inched closer, slowly, tentatively.

You realized he was moving slowly on purpose so that you could stop him anytime, if you didn’t want this. 

But you did. 

Victor's soft lips briefly connected with yours, before looking at you. You smiled at him, and he briefly pecked your lips again.

And again, and again.

His slow and provocative actions were having the effects he desired; you were laying there, hypnotized with his hot tongue worshipping your lips and slightly afraid that if you moved, that spell would have shattered.

Victor  was peppering your lips with soft, slow and brief kisses and each time he connected your lips, he would tease you each time a little bit more: he would gently nib your lower lip, or trace his tongue over it, leaving you waiting for his next move, with cheeks gradually flushing red and lips slightly parted. Victors soft hum against your lips was what shattered that spell.

You discarded your phone somewhere on the mattress behind you, before gripping tightly at his sweater as he was about to detach his lips from yours, to keep him exactly where he was.

Victor  smirked against your skin, mimicking your actions and placing the book behind his back. His left arm – which was still around your waist, tightened and pulled you furtherly to his chest, and his right hand gently cupped your cheek before leaning in to kiss you again, again, and again.

You kissed until both your lips were swollen and your hearts were beating at the same, content rhythm of two people madly in love.

Your eyes opened up without a set alarm, as they were accustomed to doing by this point, blinking a few times only to realise there was no work to go to today.

Turning to your side, you looked at Victor, who was snuggled up and sound asleep like a baby. Your body was pressed up against his smooth, bare skin, feeling the tingling of his dark hair.

You pushed your fingers through his black locks, caressing them and feeling the warmth between the two of you, without noticing that he was asleep no more.

He hummed in response to your actions, placing soft kisses and rubbing his hand around your waist, half asleep, still. 

"Good morning, wifey." Victor raised his body and drew it nearer to your face, grinning through his deep morning voice.

"I can't believe we got married over a years." You gushed, cupping his cheeks and placing a kiss on the lips, not forgetting to poke those pretty cheeks of his. "You're my husband , Victor!"

"It still feels the same!" He exclaimed, fixing your hair back into place. "You, me, our names, the hickey on my shoulder, they're all the same!" Some days he was just shameless, and today was one of those days.

You grabbed his hand, brushing your finger around the wedding band as he gazed into your eyes, a smile never leaving his face. 

"I'm glad we at least get a week off from work!" You laughed.

"That means a week full of you and me !" He replied.

Victor tightened his grip on you as he switched positions, your face was now placed on his chest, as his free hand ran up and down your back this time, the other one still holding your hand.

"I promise I'll be a great husband, even when we have grandkids." He expressed with a sincere tone out of a sudden.

"If that's the case, then.." You started to trace his bare torso.

"Have we already thought about our kids?" You made a lighthearted joke.

"Of course! I’ve even prepared possible names!" Victor enthused, flashing a bright smile.

"Then?" He asked, pretending as if he didn’t even know where babies came from, purposely. 

"We should get to business right away!"
