I did a bit of experimentation on this! Playing with the fringe layer setting on the shading, I think it turned out pretty okay! I’m also glad this turned out right, posing-wise, because it was not easy.

This isn’t a unique AU, but it’s not usually done with Sentinel and also looking at Beast Wars Tarantulas had me noticing they have very similar body types, so designing a spider AU!Sentinel-Tarantulas made for a very clean translation between character designs!

I’m also proud of the lineart for this, and this is the first thing I drew after finally clearing out my commission queue for the first time this year
