Violent and Controversial Video Games

The purpose of this bracket is to find out what controversial video games the users of tumblr like best. We'll be taking submissions for the games on the list but, in an effort to keep this light-hearted, we're implementing a few rules.
1: No games controversial due mostly to pornographic content (IE: The Guy Game)
2: No games centering on sexual assault (IE: Rapelay, Custer's Revenge, etc.)
3: No games depicting real life events (IE: Super Columbine Massacre RPG!, JFK Reloaded, etc.)
4: We will reject any game we feel is in too bad of taste. Obviously there will be wiggle room, but certain games offer nothing beyond being racist, sexist, or otherwise offensive and there's no point to include those.
5: The main idea is to go for violent video games that lead to pearl clutching, so a lot of the games will be mostly violence based and usually older games.
6: You can submit single games or entire franchises, just please specify.
7: Please include why the game is controversial in your submission.
