You stared at the door, feeling unable to go in after what you’ve just heard. Your boyfriend Hoseok probably already came back from work and would be waiting for you inside the apartement, you two shared.
Telling yourself to calm down and relax, you openend the door. “I’m home”, you said loudly and put your key on the shelf, while looking at yourself in the big mirror.
“Hi babe”, a wonderful happy voice said and you turned around. Hoseok was standing there, smiling at you and opening his arms for you to hug him.
It was everything you needed right now. His presence was enough for you to relax.
“Are you okay? Where have you been?”, Hoseok whispered, while he held you and you looked up at him. “Can you maybe give me a kiss first?”, you asked him. He chuckled and gladly pressed his lips onto yours. It’s been three years since the two of you started dating but his lips still made you melt in his arms every single time.
Hoseok picked you up, still kissing you, and sat you down on the couch in your living room. You let go of him and stared at him. “Will you answer my questions now?”
“I went to get a check- up at the doctor’s office. She found something and made some quick tests to have a clear result”, you told him and his smile fell. “Are you sick?”, he asked with concern and took your hand in his. “I… I have something, that you can get only through sex”, you confessed and he raised his right eyebrow. “Wait but I am perfectly fine. Or should I get myself checked too?” you smiled a bit and shook your head. “You don’t have it yet”, you told him, only to get him more confused. “Yet?”, he asked and suddenly he let go of your hand, “You didn’t cheat on me, did you?” “No, of course not. I love you, Hoseok”, you reassured him and took a deep breath, “I went to a doctor because I’ve been feeling sick a lot lately. Also I didn’t get my period this month.” Hoseok’s eyes grew bigger and his mouth fell open. “She made me take a pregnancy test.” “And it was positive?”, he asked with teary eyes. Hoseok always has been so cute with children. He adored them, always talked about little us running around. “You’re going to be a father. I am gonna be a mother. And we will slay it, okay?” “We’re having a baby? You’re pregnant?”, he asked, still unable to understand what is going on. You nodded and felt yourself being crushed by his big hug exactly one second later. “I love you so so so much”, he said and you smiled. “Don’t you worry?”, you asked him and he quickly shook his head, while letting go of you , taking your hand in his again and staring at you lovingly. “You’re perfect for me, you take perfect care of me. You will be awesome and I will be too. We’re gonna give our baby such a wondeful life. I literally cannot wait anymore”, you smiled at him and he gave you a long, sweet kiss, while caressing your tummy and your future.
