You use Adobe photoshop to color, do you mind if I ask what’s your process when using it?
It’s kinda hard to explain because I have my photoshop in Spanish and english and I (ง ͠° ͟ل͜ ͡°)ง , but I’ll give it a shot.
1- Clean. I guess people notice I don’t use to color backgrouds, so I’ve to make a lot of cleaning sometimes xD. I just use the brush or the pen.
2- I make a few layers (I believe that’s the translation) to use Modos de fusión/Blending Modes. This is how it looks right before I start coloring:
• The first layer is to color the lineart (With trama/screen).
• Second, third and fourth layer is to color the inside (With multiplicar/multiply). You know, skin, clothes, etc. Then you move to shadows in the third layers and in the fourth I make more shadows ( I feel it more organized). With shadows I work messy and later I give the detail and some effects with the rubber.
• The fifth layer is to give some light effects (Luz Intensa/ Vivid Light).

3- I make a couple of “layers” more. Levels:

This tools allow me to have a more “shiny” result but still work with a more off color? xD Don’t know how to say it, I’ll just show you:
This way my eyes doesn’t get tired, I believe xd.
And that’s pretty much my way of making colors. I really don’t know if it’s a good, slow,bad,fast way of making colors, but this is how I do it. At the end of the day you just have to give it a shot.
