This has always been a weird things with me.
Every night before weekend I would designate a specific time to go to sleep ie. 12:30, 1:30 AM etc.
I start feeling sleepy before that time but I just can't sleep. I force myself to be awake till the time I decided.
What's worse is, that as the time approaches, I find my brain to be fully active, devoid of the sleep that possessed me in the beginning...Curses to my mind.
