Finally had my first Eric Rohmer experience. Don’t know if starting off on the final film of Six Moral Tales was the right move…but it was done.

Questions stirring in my brain:  Does life just get narrower and narrower? How do we define responsibility and what motivates us to be responsible? Do we get increasingly better at ignoring our instincts over time? To what degree is an affair forgivable?
