It is captivating to listen to the words of Jesus. His wisdom, His authority, and His speech captures people's attention. The crowd loves to listen to Jesus with such enthusiasm and delight.

Nowadays, people love to hear what they want to hear that suits their liking and easily offended and ashamed of words they deem inappropriate or offending in this liberated world. May we not swayed with the craftiness and wordliness of man that leads us away from the plan of God. Be sensitive, stay close to Jesus Christ, Hear His Words and enjoy it for it brings life and transformation.

“ God’s presence is more I desire than promised lands.”

God will allow us to get to the promised lands - it could be our dreams like career, finances, family, relationship, ministry or anything we wanted to have but He will not go with us, His presence is not there in the promised because of being stiffed-neck. ( Exodus 33:1-6 )

His presence is more we should desire than promised land ( Ex 33:15-17 ) , His face that I want to gaze and to dwell in His house forever ( Psalm 27:4 )
