My theory is that instead of him being the Leviathan, we could think of it more like this:

Levi- God Hummer- "the son of God" Arronax(if i spelled that right)- The "holy spirit" or the messenger of God

i do not mean to offend anyone with this concept/theory

Hummer helps wifies find Levi by telling him to "believe in Levi" like how people would say "believe in God" to make things possible.
