VOY, The Thaw (AI supposed to look after people's minds terrorizes them instead)
VOY, Warhead (an intelligent bomb is also hard to reason with) (could also toss the episodes "Prototype" and "Dreadnought" in here as well)
VOY, The Voyager Conspiracy (I wish I could make everyone watch this episode! It's about how training on large sets of data and attempting to force meaning from that data leads to conspiracy theory thinking and it's SO GOOD, still 100% relevant. it's also very gay, you should watch it)
VOY, Critical Care (a machine making health care decisions based on existing social prejudices, so, yup)
DISCO, Perpetual Infinity (and the entire arc that season about Control - this is literally a Large Language Model used for unethical secret ops that Craves Data and a big part of the DISCO plot that season is about trying to keep a huge dataset away from this increasingly powerful AI)
LD, "Terminal Provocations" and "For a Few Badgeys More" (a helpful holographic assistant program gets glitchy and murdery)
LD, "The Stars at Night" (what if we tried AI starships rather than ones crewed by sentient beings?)
They very much did warn us about the torment nexus, is all I'm saying
