"Ooh!" Kats eyes lit up, "Clothes. I like clothes. Do you take fashion or something? I wish dad had let me take fashion, but he said I had to take law." Kat pursed her lips and furrowed her eyebrows.
"Yeah. Fashion and business." She shrugged a shoulder, but smiled. "That's a bummer. My mom really loved sewing and taught me how to do it at an early age. I think she was over the moon when I told her I wanted to do it for a living."
I know, it’s oh-so real. They’re definitely going to grow old together and raise the kids.
The thought of any of those frat boys having kids makes me nervous. They'll probably buy a keg, fill it with juice and train them how to do keg-stands during their toddler years.
"Well there you go. I should come to you next time." Kat giggled, "I’m Kat."
Oh, definitely don't. I know nothing about styling hair, just clothes. I'm Violetta, it's nice to meet you, Kat.
"Tell me about it, I read this book that said I could grow my hair 6 inches in 6 months and 6 months later it had only grown 2."
I heard somewhere that hair only grows like six inches in a year. That's what I hate about magazines and books about fashion, they make promises they can't pay off on.
There's no way I'm going to learn french by summer. These how-to books lie.
What's your favorite food?
Lobster ravioli in a butter garlic sauce. But it's pretty expensive, so my favorite cheaper food is Red Baron pizza.

The drunk old men who end up telling me stories about their life regrets are what I love most about working the late shifts.
It's crazy how it's obnoxious when it's college frat boys, but when it's old men, it's somehow endearing.

Yeah, it's pretty gross. That's terrible, you make me so glad that I don't work for someone else! Well, I mean, I work for people, but I'm my own boss.
Oh yeah, you try the white pizza? So good. Don’t get the calamari rings, though. Just… just sayin’. It’s gotta be one of those big, fancy, wooden signs or “it just won’t catch the eye, boy.”
I'm not a fan of octopus, so no worries there. Yeah, the white pizza's pretty amazing. Well... Maybe when you finally get sent to the hospital after getting KO'd by the sign, he'll get the point?
Luigi’s pizza. They got this new special and the owner thought it’d be a good idea to hang the sign right over the door, so when I come running in after a delivery, I always smack the top of my head right into it and I see stars. He just keeps telling me to stop being so tall. It’s always my fault, I guess.
Oh, their food is really good. It's one of the few pizza places I actually enjoy. That's a bummer about the sign. You'd think he'd at least pick a soft paper one or something!
Where do you see yourself in 20 years?
Married, probably with three kids, owning my own clothing store after launching a fashion line worn by the hottest celebrities. I mean, I'd love to keep working for celebrities, but family comes first. Nice house, maybe somewhere near the mountains.
I wish they’d take that sign down from in front of the door at work. How many times do I have to wing my head on it? Until I get a concussion? I can’t afford all these brain cells it’s taking from me!
Where do you work? This sounds tremendously dangerous. Now I'm scared for my brain cells.
Do you see yourself marrying Isaac?
How do I even answer this question? I don't spend every waking hour picturing it, or expecting it, but... I mean, yeah. I don't see myself with anyone else. Do I have the wedding planned out? No. ...I'm sure my mother does, though. But yeah, when I see myself getting married, he's the guy in the tux waiting at the other end of the aisle.
Probably. But it’ll have been a good life, right?

Yeah, I guess that wouldn't be too bad.
