See when I was 12 I felt like everyone had kissed someone except for me and seeing this made me feel like "ok but Violetta was 17 so I have time 😊"

I'm 23 now and I. have still never kissed anyone. Except now it's like. Not something I'm ashamed about cause who tf cares?? Media always made it seem like it was something EVERYONE did and your first kiss is SACRED. But like for many people their first kiss was like during spin the bottle or something. For me it's just... never happened. It'll happen when it does, yk? Plus, half of my friends have not kissed anyone either. I'm not behind nor alone. And now I'm at an age where, when it eventually happens, I'm not even gonna make it a big deal.

The first kiss is big for Violetta because she's just experiences everything for the first time and thus it's a big deal. But like... Luna, for example? We don't even know if the first kiss she had in her show was her first kiss (I really HOPE it wasn't cause I don't wish THAT kiss for anyone). Who knows, she might have kissed multiple other people before even if she never had dated anyone. I can totally see her kissing someone in a truth or dare because someone dared her to do it and she was like "ok :D"

But also, the way Camila describes the first kiss honestly feels like how you'd describe losing your virginity 😭 "It should be with someone you love"

it's funny that when I was a kid I was a diehard caxi fan (possibly the only one) and then of course naxi is canon and luty are basically married and in my current rewatch I'm also seeing the cadmila + natila+ ludmaxi potential so basically now I think they are all in a polycule

see I wouldn't have been into tomletta regardless because I simply cannot root for love at first sight ships, but they could have at least tried to build on it? like I guess they were trying to to keep the suspense by keeping them apart all the time but they never actually spend time together. like. they don't even know each other. genuinely. they never have meaningful conversations. they never get to actually hang out. they have not convinced me they would enjoy each others company. I can't believe they were supposed to be the endgame couple.
