Note to self;; anytime I’ve ever noticed my skin giving me huge clown lip vibes…
It’s been awhile since I’ve had wheat 🌾 and I caved with a cheeseburger.
I now have this huge rash/ clown lip look. Only visual- never really any pain; but dry skin esque.
Gee dummy maybe it’s the wheat. How many more signs 🚩🚩🚩does one need

Keeping track of my food is hard to remember. Apparently I snack a lot.. a lot. Sticking to just water is hard.
Working out hasn’t gone more then 10-15m
Being wheat free is a struggle but slow progress.. easier then alcohol that is. /sigh
Keeping motivation is hard..

so far no liquor. No wheat.
