I haven't had motivation to continue this for the past 5 months. Buuut thanks to @ssbgsx, this chapter even exists (it bullied me into making this XD)
There have been a lot of changes to the story; I rewrote the entire script (and it's now better for it!) Point is, anything I've said in the past might not be accurate anymore (and I'll update the masterpost sometime, it has some old info) :3

In summary:
Cordelia has one vertical eye under her umbrella (jelly head).
She eats by turning this eye into a mouth (similar to some undertale monsters actually).
She can control her stingers and use them like arms, she only uses them to sting during fights and her stings are not lethal (she can choose how intense her sting is!)
