furicsâ:
she was sure that the confusion present over her brows would have been noticeable to the other, but she didnât know if she could help it. Bili and Alecto had never had the best relationship, if you could even call that, but alecto didnât believe sheâd ever shown a side of herself that warranted being called a bitch. still, people had said worse things about her, much worse, and she wasnât going to let the name affect her. she looked over the girl, lips pressed together lightly before she took a deep breath and stood up. âI donât generally know how to do apologies but I donât think youâre meant to verbally assault the person youâre apologising to in the lead up to the apologyâ- but, thanks?âÂ
âYeah, that was, probably the wrong thing to say, wasnât it?â Well, Bili wasnât about to just apologise to her again. Itâd taken her long enough to build up the courage to do it the first time. But in all the different versions of this moment that sheâd gone through in her head, Alecto just accepting it certainly hadnât come up either. So she was at somewhat of a loss at how to proceed. âYouâre, uh, youâre welcome?â Didnât seem to be the best thing that could have left her mouth, but it was exactly what did. âSorry. I didnât think it would be, that easy. Kind of thought you might, bite back or something.â
