Apparently, if it is a known issue you can speak directly to billing (03445 454 1111 option 3 then 4) which will save the 45 minutes talking tech support. They have applied a discount which will last until this issue is meant to be resolved on August 02. The discount is around £10.5 a month or 27%. If it’s not resolved in August, I need to ring back to have the discount reapplied.
