Honestly the best villain revealing speech ever.

And it’s not even what she’s saying, though that is a nice speech, but it’s that she did it after the deed was done, after Sam couldn’t go back on raising Lucifer. And maybe she knew that they would kill her for this, but that’s fine because while most villains monologue and then the protagonist kills them, here she monologues after Sam has fallen for her lies and then she gets stabbed. I know some people may disagree but I love the realistic part of Supernatural. The victims aren’t all idiotic people who investigate the strange noise and/or piercing scream. The hunters know to shoot first and ask questions later, and they know not to trust what anyone says. And then the monsters—the monsters do monologue and then they get stabbed or shot or whatever, but all the major villains don’t really do huge villain monologues, they act on their words. And that’s what makes Supernatural realistic about how a good-evil dynamic works. Not to mention the sibling relationship accuracy, fangirl accuracy, not focusing on a character’s sexuality, etc.
