according to my source, best match for Cap sun with Aquarius moon is virgo :) him being Capricorn, an earth sign, and is considered to be the most serious sign, having Aquarius moon there should add some excitement and social life. only concern here is that this one is probably came off quite detached and colder than most Capricorn, plus Venus isn’t that comfortable in Capricorn. However, His Cap venus is compatible with her sun, which is a bonus in a romantic relationship.  

on her part, Mars conjunct his sun, both feel that the other person is their type.

don’t know if you notice this but Mars conjunct her Venus (her Mars to his venus vice versa), meaning sexual attraction is off the chart. Overall, these two seem like they’re meant for each others (for better or worse).

Judging from by looking at his moon (in Aries) and venus (in Virgo), you’re definitely his type of girlfriend or woman.  His venus is in the same sign as your sun (conjunct) which is a huge plus in a romantic relationship, especially true when the venus person is a male and the sun person is female. that, i can’t answer. I’m not a relationship expert. However, I can tell you about sagittarius in general is that they are spontaneous and straight forward. Whatever they have to say they will say it without caring about the consequences…can be very blunt.
