It’s painful he admits, the pain that he feels- a grueling processes of torture—- even though he was merely a half demon, most wards and tactics his assailants inflict are painful yet bearable- he has been through worse— none the less it was a horrid experience, remaining silent only giving huffs, and small grunts with each wound.

Nero would have to face it openly sooner or later; he was a preternatural creature and there was no point in poor attempts to hide such a fact, with physical evidence, from someone of the same kind.
