Raise your hands if you or someone you know updated their profile picture with a transparency of Green Red and Black for Kenya’s flag back in April when this happened? Did tumblr change their icon? Did Spotify alter their frontpage?

My point isn’t to take away from the unfathomable grief being felt by people all over Paris, but Bandwagon Mourning is such a trite expression of this Western need to present an image of concern and compassion for tragedies that “unite” us when the victims are from “important” places founded by white people.

Thank you @playstation for making such an amazing controller! And fuck you @xbox for not being able to deliver not only quality, but also client support.

So what happened?

After upgrading to Windows 10, we got an Xbox One for Windows controller in hopes for “painless” play of controller-friendly PC games. It did have flawless integration and startup, I’ll give it that much. 

However, after being used just three times (less than an hour in total), the left shock started “wandering” and it would act as if constantly pressed to the left, even when not touched. 

After some Google research, turns out it’s a very common issue due to manufacturing fault in improper securing of the “mushroom” base. Some poor people who have Xbox Ones had to go through multiple!!! controllers (60 euros a pop), because of the same issue.

After some more Google research, apparently there’s now a relatively easy way to connect a PS4 Dual-shock 4 controller to Windows 10. We went to store, returned the Xbone controller and got a PS4 one as replacement. Got home, plugged it in, works like a charm even though it had to go through a third party software. 

In addition, we almost couldn’t get the controller returned, because we would have to first have a complaint sent through an Xbox account (which if you got the Windows controller and no Xbox in the house is completely irrelevant and is not specified anywhere).

After an hour of adjusting and preparing for some nice reading day, the moment I opened the book - there was a rabbit demanding attention in terms of treats. Can’t have peace, ever.

This is a quite funny sweat mark reference. 

First shot was taken after a long and hard ride in the middle of winter. Second one was a recent snapshot after coming home from work (around 10km away, short ride, spring-summer-ish weather). 

Is my sweat so graphic, it shows visually the difficulty of the ride? Anyone else got such findings to share, hit my inbox, I would be really interested.
