Like Ming Fan HAS to be head disciple for a reason, OG!SQQ was an idiot in terms of emotions not strategy.
The one thing I don't really like is his crush on Ning YingYing but that can be worked around in so many ways like if it was an admiration crush, he just couldn't name is feelings or just got attached and thought it had to be a crush bc she was a girl, etc etc.

In my ideal version I would like some changes yknow?? Like both SQH and SQQ toned down considerably from the original goods but what if it was the opposite with Ming Fan?

Also, maybe just maybe new Ming Fan has less issues with the system because he was already mean? But he's smart with it? Like maybe he knows PIDW or even SVSSS and knows his role in bullying Luo Binghe, so he does it in a tough-love constructive manner?

Sure Luo Binghe is safe from explicit bullying and harassment but its only because New!MF is brutally critical with all disciples, forcing them to create a sort of comradery among themselves.
Even Ning YingYing isn't safe, in fact she gets scolded the most for getting into so much trouble 'expecting someone to save her' or just going with the flow too much
Luo Binghe still gets the fake jade necklace taken away and what not, but in a way that New!MF turns the provocation into motivation yknow
The fake martial arts manuscript was for him to actually do something about it, take initiative when noone is on your side idk.
Hence Luo Binghe learns how to not piss off OG!SQQ by existing and makes Qing Jing Peak a little more pleasant to be in for everyone.
As head disciple every disciple gets little sibling treatment and HAVE to work together. Everyone prefers OG!SQQ at that point which was New!MF's goal.
I saw a tumblr imagine that SQQ maybe would have treated LBH somewhat better and was abusive in a different way because SJ could himself to whoever that he could evolve even the dirtiest and animalistic peasant (lead) into a master cultivator (gold). Maybeee New!MF could nudge his shizun in that direction
I would also like if Ming Fan just didn't like the other transmigrators, finding them annoying or smth idk. Also mandatory that User 003 is a gen Z and not a millennial like the other two because I NEED the snark.
Another fun idea would be that New!MF unintentionally proved himself to be fit to run Qing Jing Peak if only his cultivation was better. But as all misunderstandings go, that was never his goal. He was so strict with his shidis and shijies because he wants one of them to take his place as head disciple and later Peak Lord because he does not want to become immortal.
TLDR; New!MF is honestly a better teacher than most over there but its hidden behind a layer of snark and manipulation as to not make any senior cultivators insecure (cough, SJ, COUGH), not piss off the system and to create a distance between him and other characters. Barely works but he is good at not acknowledging it unlike the other transmigrators. Maybe this one will have a better relationship with LBH, not necessarily romantic, but more understanding and care inbetween the lines.
