Went to see Pipilotti Rist exhibition at the Louisiana Museum ans she used that song for one of her wonderful installations with projections on the ceiling while we would lie on beds..really amazing experience...and song.

I started this Tumblr in July 2009 age 24 while I

lived in Berlin. Here I am exactly 10 years later in Copenhagen!

Today one of my favorite human being passed away.

Daniel Darc.

I had the chance to meet him randomly next to the Carousel of Montmartre in Paris. He was sitting on the bench next to me, reading a book with a can of cheap beer. He was dressed like Johnny Cash. It was just a couple of months before his musical return in 2004 with his album Creve Coeur.

I went to speak to him and he was so touched i recognized him he hugged me and we spent the rest of the day together, had a long chat in a bar, walked around Montmartre, he was telling many anecdotes, about his life, the 80s, how he found Faith, how important denim jean turns up are…even  teaching me some self defence…We’ve stayed in touched by phone for a couple of weeks and then I went to see him live 4 times after that…

He was the most attaching, genuine, sensitive human being…A poet, with not a pinch of bad in him, eyes wide opened as much as his heart. 

I never met anyone like him I was 19 and i will just never forget you. RIP Daniel.
