Anxiety

I'm sorry that every time I see you my voice is shaking and my palms are sweaty, or the fact my face is bright red and my mind cant structure a sentence. I wish I wasn't like this, I wish I could go into the central without squeezing your hand so tight because there are so many people, and getting so angry tears swell up in my eyes because someone laughs while walking past me. How I go quiet and can't talk but instead shake and choke up, no noise coming out of my mouth where screams should be, musing over on my past or my future, and how I dread what would be ahead of me or what doesn't lie in wait. I wish I could be okay more than anything and stop worrying you all the time.
