The only thing you can change is yourself, and I cannot do that unless you do. Everyone can give you tricks, motivation, storytimes, etc, but none of them will really work if you just keep putting up excuses.

You can live like that, with the eternal hope that one day you can wake up in your dr. I'm not saying that doesn't work, because hundreds of people ended up shifting like that.

You have to go all out

I cannot stress the importance of this. Once you're in it, you have to be in it. I am talking about the courage to change your situation, the courage to fully go all in and commit. Fully embrace your new self instead of letting fear consume you. What's the point if your heart is not fully in it? You have to fully step in the identity, the state, the reality whatever you wanna call it mentally and when you do that just keep your biases aside of the past, the circumstances, the limits, the conditions, the micro managing. You say you have it but you still get a ball of fear inside your tummy. Which is okay. What matters is you get your mind and body familiar with the new story. That's your job. Do it once. Imagine.
