@viypoe
you are only as pretty as you treat people
Little things I would probably make you start doing daily if you were my close personal bfffffffff
Daily walks either in the AM or after meals
Morning Sun/grounding
Whole foods
Red light at night
Hobbies
Deciding your values and sticking to them
Learning something new/read
Grooming/skincare
Strength training atleast once a week
Donât be so hard on yourself if you mess up or want that cheat meal, for example. Own your decisions just donât make them a habit
Cut off toxic people
Create a mood board for your desired reality and look at it as much as possible
Subliminals at night
Journaling
Water with lemon before coffee in the AM
No phone for first 15-30 mins
Will change your life
I notice everyone around me starts automatically doing these things probably cause they see me doing it. But I will tell you those have been the easiest I have seen them adopt and itâs really helped them
Goals are lifestyle changes
People are way too obsessed with thinking everything needs to be hard or a struggle. But when it comes time to doing the hard thing, they don't want to follow through
I was on a walk with someone recently, and we had agreed on a step goal before we started. Near the end they said, âItâs only a few more steps. The circle in the app is almost close letâs stopâ
I replied âNope, we finish those few steps until itâs closedâ
Thatâs what discipline actually looks like
We confused difficulty with progress. We romanticize the grind & wear burnout like a badge of honor. We assume that if something feels easy, it must not be worthwhile. You wonât rewire your mindset, which in turn will give you different results by chasing harder. You do it by thinking differently, showing up consistently, and keeping the small promises you make to yourself
The hard part isnât working 18 hr days (though yes, exhausting for sure!). The hard part is finishing what you said you were going to do, especially when itâs easier to stop. Itâs being consistent when no one is watching. Itâs doing the boring work over and over again. Itâs staying disciplined when motivation disappears. Itâs having uncomfortable conversations, admitting youâre wrong, starting before you feel ready, and continuing long after the excitement wears off. The hard part is the battle with yourself
Discipline isnât built through huge acts of willpower. Itâs built in small moments where no one would blame you for quitting, but you choose to follow through anyway
People donât actually want hard. They want the idea of hard because it sounds impressive. But real growth is usually quiet, repetitive and almost too simple to notice. The people who get the results arenât the ones chasing the hardest path. Theyâre the ones who keep showing up, finish the last few steps, and let those small promises compound over time. Complaining about how hard the thing is, isnât impressive. Trying and doing is
i hope you heal from the things no one ever apologized for
"Are they lovers?" Worse. They were supposed to be, but never got the chance.
