La Mimosa is a bright, airy cottage surrounded by a lush garden with lots of greenery and tropical plants. Most rooms are connected by archways instead of doors, creating an open and spacious feel. To install, download the ZIP file from the link below. Extract the folder and copy its contents (there should be 7 files total) into your My Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Tray folder.
