I'm writing a fanfiction and voltron fans I propose an idea:

Galra are hermaphrodites and have both male and female genitals. However, they all appear male until they get pregnant.

Pregnancy permanently alters their appearance to look more female. They grow breasts, get wider hips, and lose a bit of muscle. After that, they kinda always look female.

I think this would explain why we see so few female galra.

I think this could also make for some interesting world-building. Because so few galra give birth, looking female comes with a bit of reverence and respect. It's a rare and special thing. They could revert back to looking male if they wanted with drugs or surgery, but most don't because it's an honorable thing to have given birth in their culture.

I imagine the galra are having a fertility crisis and that's why we see so many hybrids.

I had a dream last night that I was keith (a small part of the dream) and I was lactating.

I don’t remember the exact context for why but it was some weird reason and my dream nipples were fucking pouring out milk? like there wasn’t a shit ton, it had the consistency of paint I guess
