âMulciber sucks.âÂ
Vale grinned, giving the pain of his existence a thumbs up with one hand and the middle finger with the other.Â

â â´ regulus glared, stepping in front of emily slightly when valeâs wand pointed towards her. he stowed his own when valeâs was away. â oh, iâm sure weâll survive, â regulus replied, shrugging. heâd deal with the backlash, and heâd be fine, one way or another.
@heiress-of-snakesâ
When Reg stepped in front of her the witch moved closer to her beau, reaching out to grab his hand before peaking over his shoulder. âI think itâs time for you to leave us aloneâ, Em said directing her words to the boy tormenting them. âYouâre not going to get anything you want.â
@vmulciberâ
âPatheeeetic.â Vale groaned with a roll of his eyes before telling them both to shut up. He turned away from the pair and began to walk away, but not before stopping one more time after Emily spoke. âI think itâs time for you not to talk to me, mudblood. And I will get something out of this; this isnât going to be some stupid love story with a happy ending, we donât get those.â He stated before leaving them in the common room.
@registhenewblackâ
chitglendasaysâ:
â end all of this ? what is all of this ? if you canât remember we broke up already, I donât need a reenactment.â she huffed and got up quickly, turning around just to pick up her bag. âand for your information you are always mental.â Glenda didnât understand his out of the blue need for closure. for all she knew his words were just words and there was no meaning in them. âyou just need to fix yourself. â she said and made her way out of the courtyard.Â
âThatâs not what Iâm looking for?â He stated more forcefully now that he had finally lose his patience. It was no that first time she had pushed him to that extent and before they would have both laughed it off and moved on from it by taking about something more mundane, but this time her words sounded bitter to him and they bothered him. âFix myself?â Vale paced after her, reaching out for her arm before she left the courtyard. âI told you I wanted to be with you didnât I? That I chose you?â His gaze was fixed on hers and he didnât dare look away or let go in case he didnât get the chance to get to her again. Out in the open it was easier for them to talk about their relationship than having to do so within the castle walls. âJust answer me, please. I need to know I didnât imagine it.â Â
mavciberâ:
â it tells me that you might be getting betrothed to some girl and her bat.â he rolled his eyes and sighed. âyou havenât been looking but she has, Iâm surprised you are not that interested in your favorite sibling and her doings. she got us expelled, father didnât want her ruining our name more so he shipped us here to be with you, the prodigy. âÂ
âShut up.â Vale said, taking another swig at the drink. Just from the one taste he could sense that it was expensive and he wondered how he had managed to get his hand on it, but didnât feel like asking. âWho says Iâm not? the more I stay away from her the more Iâll keep her away from my problems. Itâs called common sense, itâs also a sign that I donât care much about you.â He told his brother with a grin, which fell after he explained what had happened. âWhat do you mean expelled? What the hell did she do?â
ivorybornâ:
(¸.⢠â â âIs not about that.â Is more about if someone thinks about something else and she needed to look up for her reputation, however, now in those case she just no, she shouldnât care much because is not like sheâs doing something wrong. âOkay, fine, letâs get going, then.â This time the blonde decided to follow him.
âWhat is it about then?â He didnât really want to know but if he was to play the new role of friend then he was supposed to care. âSure,â he nodded and headed towards the boys dormitory is long strides, kicking the door open as he seldom closed all the way. âWelcome to where the magic does not happen,â he teased. taking a look around. âNo Lucy here though.â
h-jcnesâ:
âMaybe.â She rolled her eyes. âThereâs no fucking catch. But if thatâs just how you are, might as well head on out.â
âThatâs how am what?â Vale asked with raised brows. âIâm going to say something Iâm probably not going to say again, I think you are right. I should head on out.âÂ
tessa-selwynâ:
Damn it. The girl shrugged, her thumb stroking Dmitri between the ears. âThis country is free no? I may sit where I please.â
âNo, you are just trying to be a pain, but guess what? My citizen rights and my personality are worse.âÂ
h-jcnesâ:
âProbably. Then again your ideas and most peopleâs ideas never truly seem to see eye to eye.â She offered up. âUmâŚ. I dunno. Although you going straight to love shows off your ego oh so well. Have you ever thought there wasnât a catch?â
âAnd thatâs why you find me so fascinating.â He replied with a grin. âMy ego needs no boosting but I donât intend on sitting here guessing what the catch is.â He shrugged and got up, dusting himself off. âSo unless you actually tell me then I think Iâll just get going. I prefer straightforward people.â
dromeda-galaxyâ:
âEndurance of some sort, but thereâs some discipline to it that not many like, most people just want to get drunk.â she chuckled and shook her head batting the Bludger as far away as she could, âYou are a good dancer, you were drunk and could keep a rhythm, but maybe next time we can try sober, see how you hold up. Ladies like when you know how to dance.â she added half joking, it didnât matter if you could or couldnât but some people consider it a plus, others just looked pass that and liked you for your personality.
Andromeda blushed and tried not the be the shiest person on earth, âThank you, Iâm trying my best but Iâm not sure the family approves, or if Iâm expected to work at all.â she shrugged not wanting to talk about the marriage, just looking at the oncoming bludger and focusing to hit it with all her might. âIf it hits you Iâll heal you, Iâve been practicing, Madame Pomfrey says iâm getting better.â
âI donât like getting drunk, I donât even do it often. What you saw at the party was a rare occurrence... and if according to you Iâm so good at it then fine. Iâll make sure to ask to dance some time.â A slight smile appeared on his features as he felt his anger disperse with every hit to the bludgers. He didnât know what to make of her comment but he nodded in agreement, finding it now difficult to argue anything she was saying if she was saying them with chuckles.Â
âI already told you how I feel about our parents dictating our lives... so if I were you I would go for it.â Surely his brother wouldnât mind. Vale added that bit silently before hitting about bludger away. Why was it so difficult to not think about that? He shook away the thoughts of her married to his brother and faced her with a smile. âShould we give that a go?âÂ
justmarymacdonaldâ:
âI didnât see it coming, Vale. Nobody from my house seems to care that my family doesnât have a long line of magic.â She shook her head. âI have magic. And I didnât steal it or force it into being. I was born this wayâŚjust like you were.â Her lips pursed together for a moment before she tilted up her chin in an almost defiant manner. âIâll do what I please, Mulciber. Iâll go where I want and when but donât worry, if I see you I wonât stop for a chat. Weâve got nothing to say to each other anymore, have we? No? Great.â
There were quite a few things he would have liked to say at that moment. Perhaps a better explanation, an insight into his twisted upbringing, maybe even an apology... but instead he shrugged, showing no remorse about what he had told her. As long as he was cruel and uninterested then no one would be on his case later. It was better to lose a friend than himself. âYes, Macdonald. Great.â Vale replied and turned to make his way back to the castle.Â
tessa-selwynâ:
Tessa raised her steel colored eyes to the boy, her face void of emotion. This boy was one of those classmates. One who got pleasure out of making another uncomfortable. Still, the fifteen year old didnât feel like losing her ground. Standing, the raven haired girl moved to where he was sitting, closing the distance between them without saying a word. Tess sat next to the boy, fairly close, in an attempt to get him to leave. He wanted her to bicker with him, spout insults or to get mad and leave him. So instead, sheâd get closer. Something she hoped would catch him off guard.
An amused smile had creeped into his features when she first got up. He thought that perhaps he had done enough to get under her nerves, but he was proved wrong when all of the suddens he sat much too close for his own comfort. A sigh escaped him as he raised a brow, âis this your fantastic idea of getting me to shut up and leave?â
heiress-of-snakesâ:
registhenewblackâ:
â â´Â â would you rather we stand in the middle of the common room ? â regulus arched an eyebrow. he shrugged, â no, but your wand was pulled first. either way, my parents will be furious. i donât see much of a difference between dragging it out or announcing it now. â
@heiress-of-snakesâ
Dread began fulling Emilyâs stomach as the boys continued their banter. âThereâs nothing to tellâ, she blurted out. âNothing to announce, or anything, n-nothing happened.â
@vmulciberâ
He rolled his eyes at Regulus, finding it rather annoying that he wasnât getting much of a reaction from him. âAh there you have it! Denial.â Vale mused, pointing his wand towards Emily before putting it away in joy. âI think that should cover it for now. Enjoy dealing with the parents, they are a pain.â He said nonchalantly. âJust wait until everyone else finds out. You may not be bothered by what your parents may this or say, but school surely is a bitch.â
h-jcnesâ:
âWell he was rather lovely, makes sense you two donât associate in the same circles.â She let out a sigh. âDo I need to remind you⌠or?â
"I think your and my idea of lovely are very different." He said with a slight shrug, wondering why she was still interested in keeping the conversation going. "What would be the point? Are you like in love with me or something?"
dromeda-galaxyâ:
âThat as well, or I can teach you to hold your liquor. Iâve been trying with Dorcas but she has a mind of her own.â she chuckled looking at the bludger near them, she couldnât throw them far but she had good aim so when it came near her she tried hitting it harder. âWhy wouldnât I want to dance with you? I had fun, we can try you being sober next time.â she smiled at him and frowned when the bludger passed right next to him, believing that it actually hurt her friend.
âIâm just joking, I want to be a healer and do things on my own, I donât want toâŚâ she didnât want kids, not if it meant that she would have to raise them with the same standards and policies she had been raised. She wanted her kids to be free to decide, besides there was always the fear that she might turn into the parental figure she hated and that was too strong to ease her worries about maternity. âIâm sorry, maybe bludgers and jokes arenât a great combo.â
âI didnât know that was something that could be taught.â He said with a half smile. âAnd because Iâm not a good dancer?â Vale actually didnât know whether he was a good dancer or not, he didnât know how much of a fool he had made out of himself at the party, and Stefanâs video of it wasnât enough to persuade him one way or another. Mostly because he didnât dare watch it. âA healer, really? I think...â he glanced her way before returning his gaze to the oncoming bludger. âI think youâd be good at it.â Vale hit the bludger again, trying hard not to think about what she had mentioned before or his brother. âAnd not really, but donât worry, I wonât hold it against you if one hits me and stop the misery.â He said with a smirk.Â
justmarymacdonaldâ:
âYeah, I finally get it.â It pained her to know that their friendship was tossed aside because of something she couldnât control. There was no apologizing for the blood that ran through her veins any more than she could apologize for the color of her eyes or the fact that she was left handed. Those things were a part of her. âWelcome to your world.â Mary scoffed. âIâm not welcome in it, though, am I?â She shot him a challenging look. âEnjoy your life, Mulciber. Maybe one day youâll grow up and learn that a personâs value does not lie in blood status.â
âI told you to stay away, are you really going to act like this now?â He scoffed. âDonât pretend you didnât see it coming. All of this is part of me now, I canât pretend otherwise. Maybe I will enjoy it, maybe I will regret it, whatever the outcome I hope you just stay away.â
h-jcnesâ:
âWell thatâs a shame. I rather liked party Vale.â She shrugged. âNope, thatâs just my general disposition. I dunno⌠I just figured we kind of clicked so I was seeing if it would still be there without the party. Stupid, yes.â
âCanât relate, I donât know him.â He smiled and shrugged his shoulders before shaking his head. âI donât remember any of that.â
l-tvlkalotâ:
Lucinda laughed. âTwat. You wouldnât know the first thing about whether I was a slag or not. Lucky me. Wish I was a prefect, Iâd get away with whatever I wanted.â
âNo and I donât intend on finding out either.â He said with a grin. âItâs only easy to get away with things if you know how to go about it, something tells me you wouldnât know how.âÂ
