DISCLOSURE
I CLAIM NO OWNERSHIP OF ANY MEDIA PRESENTED ON THIS ACCOUNT UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE. Everyone will be credited and linked back to as much as is possible, I am a human, I can make mistakes. I do not profit or gain from any media I may repost and share. This page is purely dedicated to my love of Vocaloid. If I have shared YOUR media in any way that you do not like please reach out so I may take it down.
PLEASE READ UNDER THE CUT
Submissions:
I will open submissions soon so that you guys can share media as well! I’ll come up with rules and guidelines for that! Stay tuned!
Blog Content:
Vocaloid is a VAST pit of content and not all of it is PG. This is space WILL contain NSFW content on rare occasions. If a song or media’s content includes NSFW content it will be CLEARLY TAGGED AND WARNED.
Media:
This account supports my SoundCloud! (See bottom of post) where I post clean rips of Vocaloid media that may be challenging to find. I own a mass Vocaloid CD collection and much of the music isn’t available easily online anymore. I do not profit from these uploads. I will post light level song info in the descriptions there and give details here! I hope you enjoy!
Physical Media:
Here I will also include HQ images of old magazines, art books, panelists, promotional material, figures, and much much more!
This blog will NOT touch on “Hatsune Miku: Project Sekai / Colorful Stage” content. UNLESS that content directly relates back to a producer or event outside of the game. Aka: I do what I want.
I look forward to sharing my love of Vocaloid and I hope to become a source of preservation and info for the community! Stay tuned!
Q&A
Am I a bot account?: No! Everything is hand typed and hand photographed by me unless stated otherwise. None of my posts are scheduled and I prefer taking time to complete my research. Quality over quantity is the motto here.
What are your feelings on AI?:
BAD! Bad feelings! I will not nor ever use any form of GEN AI on this account. Nor will I cover content that uses it.
How many Mods are there?: One! Just me, Ender!
How do you get Vocaloid physical media?: I get my items from many sources, contacts in Japan, proxy, EBay, etc. I couldn’t tell you one place because that’s just not true! I’ve even found full Japanese art books for Vocaloid in used bookstores! You never know! Always be looking!
Who’s your favorite Vocaloid?: Hatsune Miku!
Favorite producer?: I cannot chose just one. My top are Wowaka, PinocchioP, John Zeroness, MARETU, EZFG, and Neru
Do you collect figures?: yes! You may see them from time to time.
How did you become so cool and knowledgeable?: aww thanks for asking, but that’s a secret ;)
Akita Neru & Yowane Haku are joining the Nendoroid line! Available in standard form or expand their expressions with the Nendoroid Face Maker Collaboration Face Plate Set. Preorder now to score GSC Exclusive Bonus Parts!
PREORDERS ARE OPEN NOW ON GOOD SMILE US.
The upgraded + Face Maker Collab versions come with a total of 9 Face Plates. You can choose if you want to spend extra for more faces. These girls are gonna clock in over $100 each for US buyers (insane) if you get the face maker package.
Getting on my soap box to say.. IF YOU WANT THEM YOU NEED TO PREORDER THEM. They may be worse on the resale than Teto Merch.
My 3rd eye that is always right foresees Neru being more expensive on resale due to her popularity lately + Triple Baka. But Haku will be the arguably rarer figure to find on resale. Sekai fans aren’t going to buy “drunk gray Miku” they’re gonna buy “the yellow one that wasn’t in Mesmerizer”. Mark my words. Return to this post next year.
Nendoroid prices are getting…. So insane. While the quality has been improving I fear we are quickly being out priced in a huge portion of the hobby of collecting. I remember $40 nendo. My 10th anniversary Miku was $50… A lot of it does have to do with imports and tariffs for the US market. But the US market is so plagued by scalping resellers that the fear of missing out, outweighs the upfront cost.
Yeah sure I could wait and not buy Neru. I could hope someone offloads her in 3 years for $50 without box and missing 1 hand part that I’ll never find a replacement for. Or.. I can buy her for $100 and not fear the “Nurse Miku” effect.
Vocaloid Eng subtitle makers look at the color chat level: impossible
Yall I’m so tired of these awful poorly colored subtitles. And don’t even get me started on flashy/moving ones that jump around the screen.
Subtitles are supposed to be a tool not a tiktok edit. If you’re going to make flashy subs you have to also provide easy to read ones for visually impaired/me cus I have a certificate in graphic design.

KIKUO. KIKUO NO. KIKUO BLINK TWICE IF THEYRE THREATENING YOU. DONT BE AN AI BRO NOOOOOOOOO
Via Kikuo’s Twitter but translated:
“OK, I'm going to dive a bit deeper into something I've kept ambiguous for a long time, especially since I've been getting a lot of inquiries from particularly angry folks overseas.
Let me say it again: I welcome all forms of secondary creations.
Covers, remixes, samplings, short videos—anything made in any form and released in any form, whether officially recognized or not, all of it.
There are plenty of a cappella and instrumental tracks available at kikuo.jp, so feel free to use them as you like.
This stance stems from the fact that the core of my musical style, and even my current popularity, has been nurtured for years by the chaotic internet secondary creation culture, especially doujin culture—it's a consistent attitude I've held since way back and haven't changed.
As long as it's not overtly large-scale malicious behavior, I generally welcome most of it with open arms.
So naturally, that includes remix works of my songs made with generative AI. I welcome those too.
What I'm saying is: "Even if generative AI is used in a remix of my song that's a secondary creation by someone, I don't see that as a problem."
I'm saying that when unrelated third parties use generative AI, I allow, accept, or at least tolerate that diversity.
Please, please don't confuse this with my own stance on using it in my work creation.
That said, I'd ask you to read this next part carefully: As for me personally, my position on generative AI right now is that I'm "cautiously experimenting" with it.
If you've followed my activities even a little, you probably know this, but I've been incorporating generative AI into my creative work for quite a while—far before the emergence of things like Suno or ChatGPT.
It's not the kind of legally and ethically dubious, malicious audio generation method that uses problematic tools like theft that angry folks might imagine—it's an entirely different approach.
Put simply, think of it as far cleaner, more handmade, and professional than what those angry people envision.
I earnestly hope you won't shallowly misread this as "Kikuo touched generative AI and showed even a little support, so he's evil."”
