buzzG feat. Hatsune Miku: Peter Pan Syndrome
One of buzzG's lighter songs that could remind someone of an anime opening or ending. Complete with a nice PV to go with the mood!

buzzG feat. Hatsune Miku: Peter Pan Syndrome
One of buzzG's lighter songs that could remind someone of an anime opening or ending. Complete with a nice PV to go with the mood!
Kikuo feat. Hatsune Miku: UFO
It's been a while since I've checked onto this blog, hasn't it...? To make up for that, here's an excellent new track from Kikuo, making a comeback from his also rather long absence. It can best be described as a sort of Parisian jazz, mixed with archetypical space-esque noises. As usual for Kikuo's work, the fairy tale-like atmosphere of the song is contrasted by the tragic lyrics - you can see a subtitled version here.
ToyaMikz feat. kokone: 朽彩花
Vocarock? With kokone? A combination that works nicely with ToyaMikz tuning of her.
buzzG feat. Hatsune Miku: Book Story of Sixteenth Lunar Day
This is the song I've always wanted released from Vocarock collection 4 and I'm glad it has a nice PV to go with it too! buzzG should definitely use more Miku Dark.
JinseiP feat. GUMI: Sleepy
Inactivity finally gone (?), so return with a JinseiP song (Note to self: Do not rhyme)
さらさ feat. Lily: 紅茶とミルク、貴方と私
An upbeat vocarock with a cuter Lily setting.
Okayu feat. GUMI Power: Nuclei, Space, And Myself From There
Here's an underrated piece of Vocarock if there ever was one. It's very fresh and fun to listen to, and doesn't feel derivative at all. A well-tuned GUMI is also a treat to hear in an original of this genre.
23 feat. Hatsune Miku: beyond the edɘn b-side story
Here's a nice drumstep song from the growing Vocaloid EDM scene. Fans of the genre will find a lot to like in this uplifting piece, and even those who are wary of dubstep-esque songs will find this easy to get into.
torte feat. IA: Friendly Shower
A beautifully-made IA original, featuring a delightful blend of orchestral instruments and digital effects. Everything comes together to fit the "rainy season" theme of the song - even the comments are specially scripted to look like raindrops!
Yukitsuki feat. MEIKO Whisper: showdown
Despite the confrontational-sounding title, this is actually a rather downbeat jazz song, a rarity in the Vocaloid scene. This style suits this lesser-used MEIKO voicebank nicely, and is further accentuated by the vocals of ZOLA Project's WIL in the background.
toriya feat. Hatsune Miku: Foretelling I
Here's a nice lo-fi original that's been terribly overlooked upon its release (barely pushing 300 views at the time of writing). This newcomer's work is sure to appeal to fans of indie rock, or anyone willing to try something different.
Edit: The producer of this song disabled embedding, so click here to listen to the song directly. Sorry for the inconvenience!
Saya feat. Megurine Luka: YES -to you, to me-
A very solidly-produced R&B track from a producer who truly deserves more attention than they're getting. This song displays some fine usage of Luka, but a peruse through this producer's other work will reveal their experience with all kinds of Vocaloids, including much usage of Utatane Piko!
Toa feat. Hatsune Miku: Patchwork Staccato
A superbly catchy and stylish tune from an up-and-coming star. This lovingly-crafted song is very smooth and pleasant to listen to, while at the same time containing enough hooks to stay in your head for weeks. Highly recommended!
river feat: Kagamine Rin Power: wasting drop
Even when approaching his hundredth original song, river still hasn't lost his touch with his unusual approach to electronica. This song features a lot of repetition, and creates a strange sort of ambiance that isn't often heard in the Vocaloid world.
愛鍵 祥 feat. MEIKO V3: Bus Stop
A calming song using MEIKO Dark, that seems perfectly fitting for a summer night.
regulus feat. Satou Sasara: Because I Promised Not To Cry
There's a dearth of recognition for CeVIO's Satou Sasara, so it's a real treat when a nice original like this comes out. This touching ballad has some lovely usage of the oft-overshadowed Vocaloid competitor.
Yuki Nishijima & AkibawotaP feat. Yuzuki Yukari: I know
A really interesting collab between two solid producers. Yuki Nishijima, famous for songs like Kimi no Kakera and 6900000000, continues making good use of his broad range with this motivational-sounding piano rock song. Meanwhile AkibawotaP, in charge of the lyrics and vocals, made the seldom-seen decision to make Yukari sing in English! It's a good attempt for a non-native speaker, too.
